The worst treatment ever received from a service representative since purchasing cars (30) years ago. He basically called me, identified himself, then questioned did I run over something, seem to ac representative since purchasing cars (30) years ago. He basically called me, identified himself, then questioned did I run over something, seem to accuse me of intentionally damaging my vehicle; stated the damages are over 5k; that I need to call my insurance since it isn't covered under warranty. When I asked him to please calm down because I was overwhelmed and didn't understand what he was saying, he could care less. At no time did he even try to explain the damages. I had to contact (2) other employees because of the treatment I received just to figure out what is the actual damage and what I can do. It is a sad day when a car is brought in by a customer who is seeking help because something is wrong with the car, then questioned why is the vehicle damaged. If the customer damaged the vehicle, why would the customer take the vehicle to the dealership it was leased from? More
"You need a new tire. No, I don't" Supposedly there was a puncture in the sidewall of my right front tire and it couldn't be fixed. I needed a new tire he said. $230.00 plus mounting and balancing. I said I'm going to see what someone else has to say. The tire store manager told me there was no puncture in the sidewall, but there was a screw in the tread. They simply plucked it out!! NO DAMAGE TO THE TIRE!! They also asked if I was from around here as locals know of the reputation of this service center and they stay away. I called twice and left a message for Tony. I told him that I was pissed that he was trying to rip me off to the tune of nearly $300.00. No reply, but I'm not surprised. It was only after that that I looked up the Wallace Hyundai reviews. Shoulda looked it up sooner, but at least I still have my money and my practically new tire. The reviews confirmed that this place is a royal rip off. They still haven't rotated my tires, but I don't trust them to touch my car; or even wash it! This isn't over. What's wrong with management that they have so many problems continually?? More

So here I am stuck. The key fob requires a 4 digit code to reconnect to my car. This dealer refused to give me the code so I can get it reprogramed. They wanted to to get my car towed to their dealership so they can reprogram the the fob reap the money!!!!. This dealership lied to me and when confronted with the lies, It was admitted by David that the service department did lie to me. I was told we can't give you the code as someone could steal your car..........My repsone was , Let me worry about that. I then said, It's my car and I paid for the car which includes the code! After some conversation that got ugle David cursed mulitable times at me saying get the F@$K out of here and dont come back. He didnt say it once he said this multible times to me.... a customer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!! The cost of a new remote to included programing was between at the dealership $325.00 - $375.00 plus the tow. I found a Licensed locksmith who program my remote and came to me for $150.00. If you need a remote dont buy at the dealership. DON'T BY A HYUNDIA OR ANY CAR FROM THIS DEALER. More
I had a 10 o'clock appointment yesterday and when I reach the service department I was told I did not have an appointment. I bought my car a month ago kept on getting promises for my second keys that was owe the service department I was told I did not have an appointment. The salesperson Lou call me and we scheduled a 10 appointment With lack of communication and not scheduling the appointment I waited 3 hours to get my car back the communication at Wallace is very poor. xxx .. I just got back from this dealership without buying a new Sante Fe.. I was ready to buy the car listed on their website. I called to make sure it was there. THERE WAS NO CAR to buy. The salesman even said, they do that just to get you to come in the door. This is the type of dealership that can make car buying a nerve racking experience. Wallace dealerships take HIGH PRESSURE sales to a whole new level. Go to a family owned dealership where they actually care about their customers. More
This dealership is very racist towards African American people. I came in to trade in my car for 2 days. after they kept hounding me to run my credit because they were so sure they couldn't give me any num people. And then came with ridiculous numbers after i was strict about the price payments i wanted to stay in . I spoke with both Ben and Amir and they both were rude and very unprofessional. They talked to me like i was nobody. I had to asked 4 different people twenty times to speak to Amir he is the general manager( to speak with him about how i was being treated ) And when he came he had an attitude just to come and speak with me . I would not recommend going to this dealership they are all about the dollar not the customers. More
Found a used Ford Escape on Edmunds site at Wallace Hyundai. Contacted dealership, sales rep told me I had to talk with a manager since I was buying from out of state. Car was confirmed in their syste Hyundai. Contacted dealership, sales rep told me I had to talk with a manager since I was buying from out of state. Car was confirmed in their system and rep had eyes on the car in front of the store. Finally I chased down a manager next day, told car was not in the system. Once I sent screenshot to them, they found that the car was sold in December of 2019 (today is 6-21-21) but still on Edmunds. Bait and Switch 101. Original manager won't call me back. Asked to have Bill Wallace call me. Crickets. One manager, Scott had another manager Chris call me and tell me they don't have the car. I asked Chris to have Bill call me and he said he'd send my message to someone. Colossal waste of time and effort. More
