This is the worst absolute dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with!! Beware they took 2 cars that did not belong to my husband and sold him a new car. .. I had not signed papers so he brought it back on Monday to return and they would not accept it back as they referred to it as a used vehicle,,, I agree is was very stupid on my husbands part but how do you let someone take 2 cars that are not in his name for the purchase of a new one.. If they were honest they should have sent him home and told him to come back with the owner of the cars and discuss a deal. More

The advisor actually argued with me not to use synthetic oils because he didn't "buy" into them. I've asked for the factory recommended service more than once and was told my car needed nothing. A quick look in the owners manual proved otherwise. I knew taking my car there with a small issue was most likely a waste of time, and I was right. They "couldn't duplicate the problem". The problem happened as we were leaving the parking lot. The simple fact is this; the sales department was great. The service department just simply does not care about their work or their reviews. I'm leaving this review just to hopefully give others a heads up. Buy a hyundai. Even buy it from Wallace. Just find a different dealer to service it. More

I was told by 2 different managers they would not honor the equity in my trade in I was offered only the buyout figure. I went down to Car Max and was offered 5300 over the buyout figure on the spot. I contacted Hyundai Finance to find that I am entitled to every penny of equity in my vehicle. Everyone should stay away from this dealership. They are dishonest and operates with no integrity. More
Stop! Do not buy a car from this dealership! Came in with my own financing and the Salesperson Paul A. refused to let me use it. Since it was Sunday he sai Do not buy a car from this dealership! The sales contract states that the dealership will secure financing and that they had 30 days to do so, therefore I should have been able to use my financing through USAA but they have been ignoring my calls and e-mail ever since! Also, Paul A. told me he would get me $16k for my trade in and instead they only gave $15k and they sold it $20k with in one week. I had already gotten a deal with CarMax for $16 so why would I take less. They still have yet to pay off my trade-in so I have two car payments. What’s worse is I bought Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, or so I thought. Got an email from Hyundai asking me about all the documents and inspections the car should have come with but they failed to disclosed any of this. Paul said he was gonna have the car “detailed” but the car was never even washed and came back with a cut in the front seat leather which is gonna cost me $800 to fix. The Finance Manager Jennifer D. slid on a duplicate warranty and Etch???! This car isn’t CPO it got nothing that a CPO car should have. They also don’t honor their online pricing from their own website! Expect to pay $2k more. I’ve tried calling and I’ve waited patiently for a response or any kind of acknowledgment but even the manager Chris M. wont return my calls after telling me he would have the GM call me back over a week ago. Don’t get shafted like I did, DON’T BUY FROM THESE CROOKS, there too many other places to buy a car. Vroom, Carmax, carvana and you don’t even have to leave your house. But I bought from these guys because I thought people. They proved me wrong! More
I took it in for the service manager to look at a warrantable item which the service manager Chris would not honor the Hyundai warranty. I then filed a complaint for retaliation against Wallace Hyund warrantable item which the service manager Chris would not honor the Hyundai warranty. I then filed a complaint for retaliation against Wallace Hyundai with Hyundai America. When I picked up my car there was a long scratch like someone keyed.my 2021 Hyundai Sonata. David Messinger and the service manager will not repair the scratch that happened on their property while the car was in their possession. This is very alarming and they are all corrupt and dishonest. They even retaliated against me by stating that they will not service my vehicle. The VP Rusty Wallace will not stand up and look into this but Allie a corrupt and dishonest person to handle this knowing that it is covered through the warranty. Please do not do business with Wallace Hyundai or any dealership of the Wallace Automotive Group. They are a patent example of dishonest corrupt and vindictive people. More
