I had fully placed my trust in Will that I was better off and getting an exceptional deal. After that is where Anthony let me down. Although I physically signed many different documents, for the last two, I was asked to sign electronically on a tablet, which did not show what document I was signing, and which turned out to be the ones that mattered the most, and which I was not given to read, prior to signing. It was only after getting home and reading the sales agreement, that I realized I had been screwed over. The next day I called and spoke to Sami to express my unhappiness, to which he indicated he had not heard everything being discussed. At that point I asked to speak to a General Manager but was transferred to Will. I asked about the 3 day Exchange but was ignored and he kept telling me I had gotten a great deal. No matter how many times it is repeated, I can see nothing about this deal that was great, not for me anyway. All of this has made me begin to wonder, if the long, prolonged negotiation is a way to wear-down and tire out a customer and a sales tactic used, before blind-siding them with a sale on a vehicle that they were not even looking to buy. At least for those looking at a used vehicle. But it appears no one seems to oversee or care about the way business is being conducted inside that building. I'm not sure if that is what is expected or allowable, but I am not a fan. Sami has gone out of his way to provide me with whatever I needed since then, spending his time, after delivering the car to explain all the functions, and setting me up with an account and linking my phone to the car and Bluelink. He has continued to call or email as well. More

I have previously purchased two other Sonatas from the Stuart Wallace location, but this last experience has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth, & I will not be recommending this location to anyone in the future. I have not even mentioned anything to my family that I have a new car because I am so embarrassed about this transaction. I was specifically interested in a 2022 Sonata Limited that I had seen online & had actually received email responses from Vanessa & Adolfo based on a Kelly Blue Book estimate request I had submitted via Wallace. I believe they are with Internet sales & now wish I had pursued that route further as they were encouraging & responsive to my inquiries & attempted to assuage any concerns I had as exhibited by these words: “if you give us a little bit of your time I know he will put together an aggressive deal for you” “they will do everything they can to earn your business” “We will not "ambush" you, I will have a manager work with you to give you the best overall deal” Ironically, that last response proved to be wholly inaccurate. It was Will who ended up calling me, & I agreed to stop by to chat, since I had other business in that area. As it were, he greeted me at the door when I arrived & I originally perceived he was very personable. He escorted me directly to meet Sami who then proceeded to work with me, taking my keys to get a trade-in value of my 2016 Sonata, & having the 2022 Sonata brought up. I was shown the car, given an overview of it's many features, & allowed a test drive. We began discussing pricing & trade-in values & I assured him that the sale did not depend upon the monthly payment, because I was more interested in the out-the-door-price. We spent some '4.5 hours' negotiating & discussing what was possible. On several occasions when we didn't seem to be making any progress, I think I did ask him 4-5 different times to return my car keys, which he seemed not to hear. Little did I know that was not the worst of what awaited me. During this time, Will would stop by & see how we were doing, & I thought he was being responsible at his job. When we finally reached a deal that Sami offered, & I was willing to accept, he left his office to take it to Will. When they returned, I fully expected to be offered a counter, because that's how negotiations work, & accommodations could be made to “put together an aggressive deal” we could both accept. Unfortunately, what happened still boggles my mind as to how it happened & has caused me great embarrassment. Instead, Will didn't even mention the deal I had agreed to with Sami & went into this better, best deal for a new car which, it being the last day of the month, was so much better than usual, & would get me into a new car, instead of the one I came there to buy. Being a senior citizen at 77 & having already spent 4.5 hours at the dealership, I can only admit to confusion & tiredness after having been there so long, to explain how I just went along with it. I have to admit, Will has a charisma & skill which works very well for him, but it did not work for my best interests that day. On top of being blindsided & having no further negotiations on the car I wanted, I was told that a better deal, which gave me a low monthly payment with the price of a lease being $295 a month, $0 down, with a residual value of $19k after 3 years was the way to go. He even had me sign a sheet of paper where he had written this information, as my agreement. Yet when the transaction proceeded, the monthly price was now $325 with a residual value of $21k. Will never came back after leaving with that piece of paper, to explain anything, show me any figures or inform me of the reason for the change. Even with that, I was naive to accept. More

I bought a new Sonata in 2013, loved it your dealership was the best, you took care of me and my car when ever I brought it in. Unfortunately I traded it in 2022 for a Compass which I was not pleased with was the best, you took care of me and my car when ever I brought it in. Unfortunately I traded it in 2022 for a Compass which I was not pleased with, so here I am back in 2025 with the purchase of a hyundai Santa Cruz. The dealership was very professional, and I absolutely love my car. Jennifer was able to find something that fit perfectly within my price range, and the fact that it’s a hybrid is a huge bonus—I’m alread love my car.
