Dear Wallace Hyundai in Stuart your Service Department got caught lying and had me sign a receipt that work was done to my vehicle when it was not. After talking to the representative in the service department named Jennifer, her supervisor swung open his glass door, took his glasses off his face and started screaming at me that he was going to defend his staff member when he didn’t even know the whole story. I apologize to him if he thought I was disrespectful and asked to speak to him one on one conversation and opened the front door and kicked me out of the service department. What happened to the customer is always right. In this case, I have receipts and text messages to back up my side of the story and he would not even listen to me. I went home shaking I could barely drive my car. The supervisor of Hyundai in Stuart needs to be fired.. Also, I have put in many calls and filled out many surveys and asked for anybody who cares to call me and not one person has returned my call. If you can lie to a customer about a service, not being done to their car, we wonder if any service has been done to our car and you have been lying and charging Hyundai for hours and materials . Your employee lied and admitted the work was not done . How did you think we would react?? A simple I’m sorry I messed up from your employee was all that was needed.
