Denis was pleasant and professional when we spoke in person, seeking to understand the problem. The next day, I received a call from Dan, who sought to understand the issue and ensure I received support to correct it. Before my service appointment, I replaced a blown fuse and noticed all the differences in my sound system. I even got more communication from Jeff (my salesman) to see if he could help with the issue. How Wallace Jeep responded to my concern says a lot about the dealer.
