I called Doug at 3:45 pm believing my first vacation with my grandsons was going to end because of a problem with my Avalanche's electrical system. He told me to come in right away and I drove out of the ser my grandsons was going to end because of a problem with my Avalanche's electrical system. He told me to come in right away and I drove out of the service area in time to take my grandsons to dinner. Yes, he solved my problem, but more importantly, he really cared about my problems and was committed to making sure it was solved in time for me to rejoin my grandsons for dinner that evening. I brought my Saturn ION-2 in for a catalytic converter today, and Mr. Russo greeted me as I drove into the driveway. I gave him my keys, and he immediately showed me to the Customer Appreciation Lounge. today, and Mr. Russo greeted me as I drove into the driveway. I had a nice lunch next door at TooJay's, and as I was walking out the door, Mr. Russo called me to let me know my car was ready. Less than an hour total wait. And he also gave me an exceptional deal on the catalytic converter. I can tell customer serivce is very important to this dealership, and as long as Mr. Russo is working here, I will definitely be back. --Michael Anand More
I have bought close to 9 vehicles so far in my lifetime (not a lot - but I'm in now way a newb) - I also worked in the Finance & Ins Dept of a dealership for a year or so - back in the 90's... so again - (not a lot - but I'm in now way a newb) - I also worked in the Finance & Ins Dept of a dealership for a year or so - back in the 90's... so again - I'm setting the stage - that I'm NOT a "newb"... So my "humble opinion" is one that has credence and should be taken seriously... and here is my advice: You are an idiot if you shop anywhere else. (sorta kidding) The service department was fixing a friend of mine's car - and I happen to come across a car on the used car lot while I waited - the salesperson was absolutely the easiest going/laid back, and down-to-earth guy. Scott deserves the "likeability" award for the month. Even if the numbers had NOT worked out that day - I think I would have continued to shop on their lot. Great bunch of people. More

John Hobson was the best sales representative I have EVER dealt with in buying an automobile (and I have bought many). He was truthful, respectful and attentive. Mike who manages the body shop had his body shop men repair my 1995 SS Impala after a tree had fallen on the car during a heavy storm "while I was driving it". My Impala is my pride and joy and I was de repair my 1995 SS Impala after a tree had fallen on the car during a heavy storm "while I was driving it". My Impala is my pride and joy and I was devistated that the car's roof and windshield were damaged. The body shop reaired the car and made back to original condition and my BABY is back to original condition. I would recommend the body shop to any person i know that needs excellent work at a fair price. Bill Scott More

I was extremely pleased with Suburban Chevrolet. I like most people went in expecting to be there for hours and be taken for every penny I had. However my experience was the complete opposite. I walked in most people went in expecting to be there for hours and be taken for every penny I had. However my experience was the complete opposite. I walked in and was welcomed immediately. The entire staff was extremely friendly. I told them the problem I was having with my vehicle and that I had been told by other car places that the only way I could get the part fixed I would have to go to the dealership. I thought great I'm going to have to pay another place for a diagnostic test and then go from there. However, the service manager told me that he would go ahead and do the diognostic for free and we would go from there since I had an idea of what was wrong and I had just been to a place two days before. It ended up being a secondary air injection pump which he was able to write up under my emmissions warranty which saved me roughly $600-700. Which was a life saver for me. I ended up also needing a fuel injection system cleanse and an air filter which ended up costing me $277. They also went the extra mile and updated my cars computer for free and washed my car. I thought the fuel injection system cleaning and air filter was a little on the costly side but I wasn't about to complain when I did not have to pay for the diagnostic test which would have been $109 and the pump which would have been $600-700. They did all of this in about two hours and I was on my way. So all in all I had an EXCELLENT experience and saved between $700 and $800. I would highly recommend using this dealership for your car needs. I know I will be in the future. More
