Fantastic Went in for simple service. I have a 2011 Chevrolet 2500 HD Duramax. They said it would take one hour and fifteen minutes. They were dead on and even Went in for simple service. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED HERE!! I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I called the service department and scheduled an appoint I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I called the service department and scheduled an appointment for them to do a full checkup on a used 2002 chevrolet camaro z28 in automatic with 100,000 miles that I was buying from a private owner. I told them that would specifically like them to check out the engine and transmission to make sure they didnt have any major issues or flaws and that if there checkup passed then I will purchase the vehicle from the private owner. The assured me that they would do a full checkup on the engine and transmission and let me know if there were any issues worth any concern. I came in with the owner on Jan 2, 2015 and paid $127.95 for this checkup. The mechanic assured me that the engine and transmission were working just fine and that the transmission shifts really good for the age and the mileage of the vehicle AND I HAVE THIS IN WRITING ON THE SERVICE RECEIPT THAT I HAVE RECEIVED UPON PAYING!!! So after the checkup I purchased the vehicle of the owner and started my drive back home which is an hour and a half away and I notice the transmission is slipping but I didnt think much of it since the mechanic assured me that the transmission was fine. I am not mechanically inclined at all and that is why I specifically took it to the dealer to check it since it is a Chevy Dealership and the car is a Chevy! I then come to realize that the mechanic NEVER EVEN DROVE THE VEHICLE!!! It is now 6 months later and I have only put 4000 miles on the car since I bought it and the problem still persists and has been getting worse and worse everyday so I took it to 2 different transmission shops and they both assured me that the transmission is slipping and would need to be rebuilt. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE FAULTY REVIEW OF THIS VEHICLE CHECKUP THAT WALLACE CHEVROLET HAS GIVEN ME!!! I would have never purchased the car if there was a transmission problem and I trusted the dealership on their checkup and review of the vehicle and I got screwed. I am really upset over this and would NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!! More
I arrived, not to hopeful, that I would be able to aquire a used car with only my trade-in as a down payment. Lenny greeted me. After he thanked me for giving this information to him, and me waiting 10 minutes to run a credit check, he produced a set of keys to a beautiful, low milage 2011 Malibu. I quizzed him as to whether this was going to fit into the conitions set down, and he assured me it would. It did. I bought the car, and in less than 3 hours, I was done and driving the Malibu home. Wallace and Lenny made the entire experiance pleasant and stress-free with NO hassles or hard-sells. Thank you to Lenny and I hope Wallace pays you what you are worth to this company. More

I had already obtained financing, before finding my vehicle of choice, but not only did Robert get me a better rate....he called me less than 24 hours later to tell me he got an even lower interest rate for me! The salesman, Steve Blakley, made me feel comfortable, right away. He was, always, very professional, yet, at the same timemade the whole process a lot less stressful than I thought it would be.
