The used car department is horrible to work with. I have been trying to purchase a corvette z06 from them and they would not work with my circumstance being out of town for a week and a half. I was negotiating for over 3 weeks on the price of the vehicle with them. I had to travel to Pensacola for hurricane restoration efforts. I sent 2 people to drive from Miami to see the car, offered a $5000 dollar non-refundable deposit (only refundable if i found a major mechanical issue), got approved for Financing, and even offered to move forward with financing on their end. I think i made it very clear that i wanted to purchase the car. The salesman did not want to work with me and hold the car for me for 10 days till i could get to town and sign the papers. Mind you the car has been on the lot for 40 days. I called to talk to Mark Warren, sales manager, and he would not talk to me and had to play back and forth with the dealer receptionist. STAY AWAY!! More
My experience, Jason really tried and warren, they got me approved! For a new track first was $500 to mucheck payments they value my sonic $4000, then next day they value my car 6000, payments to hi me approved! Of course I am flooded with emails, text messages and the inevitable FAKE mailings trying to get me to come in for repairs and now another mechanical coverage notice. Writing in bold red letters SECOND NOTICE is beyond courteous. This is something debt collectors do. I have called your offices several times to get my name off of your mailing lists. You will not do so, so I have no choice but to inform the public. This is your FIFTH NOTICE to take me off of your lists. I will NEVER go to Wallace Chevrolet again. They do NOT respect your privacy. Great experience at Wallace Chevrolet My wife and I are both senior citizens. We first went to Wallace Chevrolet in Oct. 2015 on the recommendation of our son. He had recently purchased a My wife and I are both senior citizens. We first went to Wallace Chevrolet in Oct. 2015 on the recommendation of our son. He had recently purchased a vehicle from Wallace being taken care of by salesman Joe Gordon. We met Joe and explained to him what we were looking for. He took great care in helping us purchase a 2016 Equinox. We love the Equinox and were happy with the purchase. In Marchof 2019 I received a call from Joe just checking up on us and the car. We spoke for a while and made an appointment to see him. He still is the same great guy as he was in 2015. We looked at new vehicles but nothing fit our budget or was to our liking. We left and asked Joe to keep us in mind. He did just that and called with a new vehicle that just came in which was just what we were looking for. Went to look and leased this vehicle with Joe’s help. He is definitely an asset for Wallace Chevrolet! I will continue to do business with Joe and so will my family. More
Anthony Borges one of the easiest purchases I have ever made Most people equate shopping for a new or used car with having a root canal without anesthesia. The salesman's spiel, the catch phrases of "Let's make this happen" and "We here at ( fill in agency) are not like the others." all make us cringe at the thought of trading in our used vehicle. And this is what I was expecting when I went into Wallace Chevrolet, yesterday, to look at a reasonably priced second hand convertible Camaro, with extremely low miles, that had caught my eye; while searching Cargurus. In fact I had just had confirmation from another nearby agency that my offer had finally been accepted by their sales manager. After two days of waiting! Not so with Wallace. I was greeted with offers of coffee, water or snacks and in no time was introduced to Anthony Borges a savvy sales consultant with a head full of knowledge and a salesman's gift for making you feel comfortable without the worry that you are about to be had. Anthony immediately had the car brought up, explained the features and answered my questions and off we went for a ride. I knew right away that it was the car I had been looking for and we started the rather painless haggling to get it at the price I had convinced myself, after thorough research, was fair to both of us. Throughout it all Anthony remained patiently close by and did not abandon me as soon as we had shaken hands on the purchase price;like so many others, anxious to pounce upon the next person in the door. All in all we spent roughly three hours from the time I entered until I drove off in my new purchase. The car was washed and detailed and looked even better than it had when I first arrived. Anthony is an amazing young man with a good future ahead of him, if he continues to treat his clients with the attention and respect he displayed yesterday. He did not get rich from my meager sale but it is comforting to know that he would give me the same treatment if I had been buying that black,2019, one of a kind Corvette sitting just inside the door. Thank you to all at Wallace. I will definitely be singing your praises. More

We chose a different truck that they would not negotiate with us on the price but decided to go ahead and purchase. We paid cash, no trade-in and it took 4 hours to do the paperwork. Will never buy a vehicle from Wallace again. Dealer has become so big they have forgotten what good customer service is. More
Poor Management!! The dealership held a vehicle for 3 days for another buyer with a deposit. I called because the vehicle was still on their website,,,did not sell. The salesman took my deposit and said they would hold the vehicle for me. He called me back a little later and said someone else wanted the vehicle. They got into their vehicle and started driving to the dealership. The salesman felt they should get the vehicle sold to them because they were driving at that point with no deposit. I called the General Manager (GM) and explained to him what happened. The GM said he would call me back. I still have not received a call back! The vehicle is still on their website a few days later. POOR Management!!!! More
