I inquired recently about a Mustang listed at an amazing price, and although my credit isn't great, I was promised that I would drive off the lot that day if I came in. Upon my arrival, the entire staff we price, and although my credit isn't great, I was promised that I would drive off the lot that day if I came in. Upon my arrival, the entire staff welcomed me and had the car ready for a drive. I worked with Patrick...he was a no-B.S. guy and demonstrated a great knowledge of cars and the products on the lot. He shot me straight, and helped me weigh the positives and negatives before I made an informed decision. As promised, they worked with my budget and got my payments down to a comfortable level, and before I knew it I was strapped in to my '09 Mustang with low miles and a price that completely blew the competition out of the water! I was amazed at how well Patrick and his team worked together to get me in this car...freshly washed and detailed...ready to roll. I said, "Patrick the only thing I don't like about this car is that it doesn't have leather interior." Within seconds he had a competitive quote for leather color of my choice...all added to the buying price with no additional money down! I was floored! To top it all off, when I finished buying the car, Patrick followed me to a relative's house to drop off my old camaro (which was 20 minutes away) so I would have the pleasure of riding back to ft. lauderdale in my new ride! Patrick even gave more than one follow-up call to make sure I was happy and all was well. I give this dealership and the experience 5 stars...hands down! More

I am very happy with my truck even though it is a 2004 with 128,000 miles. My life long friend owns Spanish River Auto repair in Boca raton and he went over this truck and was amazed of the condition of this carfax one owner truck,no leaks,sound engine tranny and rear end.The tires were good and 50% on the brakes. After 205k+ on my Subaru Outback I decided it was time for a newer car. I decided what type of make, and model of the vehicle I wanted before going car shopping. I went to several other local dealers - none of these dealers provided the same inspection report as Suburban Chevrolet - so I felt much more secure going with a used car from Suburban, than anywhere else. Anything I wanted about the 2007 Saturn Vue that it didn't have, my sales consultant, Jack Hine, did whatever was necessary to make me feel more assured. (After the next 200k miles, I'll be going by Suburban first, before making any other car buying stops.) More

Although I was giving him a hard time to give me a great deal on the trade-ins, Scott remained courteous and professional the entire time. He didnt feed me big lines of fancy jargon, try to confuse me or convince me of something that wasnt so. It is what it is with Scott. In the end we all went home happy. Scott Crowder is his full name and he was great through the entire process. I did not get a card from the "good ole boy" from Kentucky that worked with him and finalized the papers, but he was great as well. Thanks for a great experience, and I will be back here in the near future! More

I had told Brahim when we met that this would be the easiest or the worst sale he ever made. It turned out to be the easiest. The entire deal went well and he turned me over to Sal who processed the paperwork It was quick as posible I had my plates and Brahim drove the new car to my house to get my wife's signatures. I drove him back to the showroom and I was on my way, Before going to Surburban Chevrolet I read 47 customer ratings in detail They convinced me that if at all possible I wanted to deal with this organization.
