The following day, I visited the dealership, Suburban Chevrolet, and was greeted by the New Car Sales Manager, Dana Fishbein. Everything went smoothly in negotiations and transactions. The sales people I dealt with were knowledgeable and got right to the point. All in all, I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family since it was a pleasant experience. We went to the dealership not to purchase a car that day but just to compare a equinox to a gmc terrain. The contact I had with Steve prior to visiting the location was very pleasant and he was always very helpful and willing to do all he could. When I arrived to view the car it was very easy to talk to Steve and when I dud a test drive he was concerned about me actually being able to see how the car drove and took me on a rode that was curvy as well as it had a few bumps so I could see how the car drove. Any imperfections that I saw he was very willing to try to have it fixed or explain why it was there. I bought the vehicle and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I drove an hour to this dealership just to look at this vechile and they made the drive well worth my while and I very much enjoyed the service I received. More

I found a used vehicle on Suburban Chevy’s website, but was a bit suspicious of the condition and price. However, after a phone call and face-to-face visit, I was completely blown away by their customer or was a bit suspicious of the condition and price. However, after a phone call and face-to-face visit, I was completely blown away by their customer oriented, genuine, caring approach and honesty. I dealt with Patrick in sales, and found that he played none of the typical sales games with me. He was honest about the vehicle and all the facts checked out. In addition, he went above and beyond to answer any questions and concerns. They also did whatever they could to get me the lowest possible rate when it came to the financing. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our purchase, and will definitely be visiting Suburban Chevy for any future vehicle purchases. If you see a vehicle you like at their location, do not waste your time with other dealers; they will treat you well and sell you a intensely inspected vehicle. Great job guys! More
I live in the Delray Beach Area and had been to all of the high-volume Chevrolet dealers (Maroone, Lou Bachrodt, Tropical, etc) and thought I had lined up good deals there. After reading some online forums, I realized that my deals were not as good as they could be so I went to the Chevrolet website to look for alternate similar vehicles within a 150 mile radius. I came across a car a Suburban Chevrolet. Their first shot at pricing was more than the others so I passed. I was contacted by the Sales Manager (Dana) the next day asking me what he could do to earn my business so I told him it was about price. Through a series of emails and texts, we negotiated a deal that beat EVERYONE. If Dana had not been so persistent (in a good way--not too pushy) that he would give me the best deal, I would have kept looking. I agreed not to discuss the price online, but I will say when I went to cancel my deal elsewhere and showed them my price, they could not believe it and refused to match it! Moreover, the sales staff, manager, and finance manager were genuinely thankful for my business. I would drive the 60 miles again just for the service and lack of pressure that the big guys push. The moral here is that while the big guys may push more cars per month than Suburban, you will not find a more price aggressive dealer to work with who really appreciates your time and business. More
I WAS TOLD THEY COULD GET U FINANCE NO MATTER WHAT UR CREDIT LOOKS LIKE. WELL THEY LIED. I HAD 5K CASH TO PUT DOWN ON A 13K TRUCK AND COULDNT GET THE FIN DONE. THEY ALSO RAN MY CREDIT 24 TIMES SO BE CARE CREDIT LOOKS LIKE. WELL THEY LIED. I HAD 5K CASH TO PUT DOWN ON A 13K TRUCK AND COULDNT GET THE FIN DONE. I THINK THEY NEED TO BE SUED FOR POSTING GUARTEE FIN ON THERE WEBSITE BECAUSE WITH 40 PERCENT DOWN IN CASH AND STILL CANT GET FIN DONE THEN THERE IS A PROBLEM. MY FICO SCORE WAS 609 A LITTLE BELOW AVERAGE, THATS A SUB PRIME BUT WHO CARES WHEN U HAVE 40 PERCENT DOWN. BE CAREFUL WHEN U GO HERE. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GOOD ABOUT THE DEALER. More
I have bought close to 9 vehicles so far in my lifetime (not a lot - but I'm in now way a newb) - I also worked in the Finance & Ins Dept of a dealership for a year or so - back in the 90's... so again - (not a lot - but I'm in now way a newb) - I also worked in the Finance & Ins Dept of a dealership for a year or so - back in the 90's... so again - I'm setting the stage - that I'm NOT a "newb"... So my "humble opinion" is one that has credence and should be taken seriously... and here is my advice: You are an idiot if you shop anywhere else. (sorta kidding) The service department was fixing a friend of mine's car - and I happen to come across a car on the used car lot while I waited - the salesperson was absolutely the easiest going/laid back, and down-to-earth guy. Scott deserves the "likeability" award for the month. Even if the numbers had NOT worked out that day - I think I would have continued to shop on their lot. Great bunch of people. More
