I called Doug at 3:45 pm believing my first vacation with my grandsons was going to end because of a problem with my Avalanche's electrical system. Steve was friendly and cooperative in the early stages and made sure the vehicles I had mentioned were quickly available for me to see and/or to test drive. He made it less stressful but the best was the extra effort put forth after the sale was done to address my subsequent request about my difficulty in inserting the seat belt correctly into the locking buckle. Though not yet completely addressed he made several attempts to address my issue and promised to look into it further after I decided to depart.
