I dislike being charged a diagnostic fee in addition to having the recommended work performed. I thought diagnostic fees were only if you refused service. A 125 repair that probably would have been recomme having the recommended work performed. I thought diagnostic fees were only if you refused service. After five years of being living in Port Saint Lucie and being a loyal Wallace customer, the service department has gone south. IN A BIG WAY!! Avoid at all costs unless you absolutely receive a written esti being a loyal Wallace customer, the service department has gone south. IN A BIG WAY!! Avoid at all costs unless you absolutely receive a written estimate for something as simple as an oil change and brake pad change!! They send and advertise coupons, but do not honor anymore, and all you get is lame excuses! I now HIGHlY recommend driving a few more miles to Linus Cadillac in Vero Beach to avoid an unexpected $200 + surprise on a simple service visit. More
