I lined up to purchase a car out of state. I put insurance on it and have transportation lined up. After agreeing to numbers, speaking with Rebeca the finance manager, sending my license and I put insurance on it and have transportation lined up. After agreeing to numbers, speaking with Rebeca the finance manager, sending my license and insurance information (added car to my policy) over, I was told that I would be receiving a package with paperwork in the mail. Two days went by and I received nothing. Nothing as in no phone calls, no emails, no package in the mail. When I called into the dealership to find out why I didn't receive paperwork I was told by the manager Bob that they made a decision to sell it locally. The first excuse was a lie and their 2nd excuse wasn't any better. The decision was based of off misinformation that would could have been cleared up with a simple phone call, email, or text. The patronizing remarks and the unapologetic attitude from the staff was egregious was at best. Save your time, money and heartache do not waste your time with a company that does bad business like this. Remember everyone has an excuse for their actions doesn't mean their excuse is valid. More
Took my car in for a free service and inspection. They didn’t perform many of the services that were on the list. The only thing they did was change my oil and charge me 80 bucks. I was out 3 hours of my day for horrible service and an oil change. Would never waste my time again. What good is a free service if they don’t do it. More
