We went online to view Mazda, Toyota and Honda midsize SUV's. I found that the Mazda CX 5 was the online favorite so we decided to stop by Walker Mazda in Renton to get a feel for the vehicle. We were both pleasantly surprised by fit of the vehicle on the test drive and the quality of construction. Ken was very cordial and informative as he greeted us when we first arrived at the dealership. We decided that the vehicle satisfied all our needs and we would not need to use the remaining day to visit the Honda and Toyota sites. We found our car purchasing experience to be relaxing and reassuring by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. More
We had excellent customer service. Originally we called in to ask about a car and received all of the information that we needed quickly. When we showed up to see the car, it was clean and ready for us to in to ask about a car and received all of the information that we needed quickly. When we showed up to see the car, it was clean and ready for us to take on a test drive. The salesman that we worked with was always available when we had questions either through phone or texting. He would respond quickly and get us whatever we needed. When we forgot to bring our checkbook, he followed us back to our home, a 45 minute drive, to pick up the check. Very friendly, helpful and highly recommended. More

Excellent customer service from start to finish! I worked for Nordstrom for 15 years, the last 2 for the Nordstrom family members themselves, so I am very familiar with what providing good customer service e for Nordstrom for 15 years, the last 2 for the Nordstrom family members themselves, so I am very familiar with what providing good customer service entails, and these guys have it down. I let Kris know what I wanted in terms of color and options, and he found it and even held it for me for 3 days once it arrived on the lot before I could get down there to finalize the details. Kris explained all the options, paired my phone to the Bluetooth, something very new to me as I had been driving an old car for years!Alden helped us with the financing end, and was quick, efficient and very cordial. I would recommend these guys and the dealership to anyone! More
Our experience here was a very enjoyable one. The dealership had the exact car we wanted, our saleperson AJ was very knowledgeable and friendly. After we test drove the car we went inside to talk numbers and they offered us water, not only once but several times throughout. Everyone there seemed to love what they do, everyone had smiles on their faces and were very friendly. We were able to negotiate on our trade and the new vehicle and then we were off to financing where Alden helped us out, he was very friendly and quick, he also had great knowledge of what he was doing. While we were in financing they were getting the car all ready, once we were done with financing Drea took the time to show us how to use the features in the car ie. navagation, back up camera etc. He even took the time to help sync my phone to the car bluetooth. Also to mention they did a good job washing the car, it looked great. Overall it was a great experience, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this dealership without hesitation. When I arrived at Walker's Renton Mazda, I had been browsing the internet for a few days trying to get an idea of what kind of car I might want to purchase. I was greeted at the lot by James Morrison (not the musician :) He helped me pick out a car which I was not even aware of prior to my visit to the lot. Throughout the entire process, James was more than helpful and accomidating. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and allowed me to take my time when deciding if Mazda was the correct direction for me to choose. When I finally decided to purchase from James, I was confident it was the right decision. Price, service, friendliness, quality, and honesty. These are all things that were important for me, and if they are important to you, look no farther than Walkers Renton Mazda! More
GREAT! Everyone was super nice. I wanted the 2012 in white, fully loaded, and although the one they had in stock wasn't what I wanted, the staff did everything to get me the exact car I was looking for white, fully loaded, and although the one they had in stock wasn't what I wanted, the staff did everything to get me the exact car I was looking for. My car buying experience was amazing from start to finish! And let's be honest, you don't often hear that. I sent an email inquiry through their website and Kris got back to me right away. I called on my way home from the office that day to see if I could stop by for a test drive. Kris met me at the front door and had the car I had inquired about right in front and ready for me to jump into. The car was AMAZING, had all the bells and whistles that I wanted and cornered like it was on rails! I had already told Kris what I wanted my monthly payments to be and after the test drive we went inside to crunch some numbers. They did everything they could to hit the price that I needed while still getting all the extras (including the color) that I wanted. There was no pressure through the entire process, no changing salesmen when I had questions (seriously, I've had that happen before), and no talking down to me because I was a single female buying a car. Kris even went the extra mile by staying waaaay past the time his shift ended. Needless to say, I left Walker's Renton Mazda that night a Mazda 3 Grand Touring owner. I couldn't be happier with my experience or my new car!! More
When we drove into the dealership AJ was immediately right there to greet us. He went right away into what we were looking for and was right there to answer all of our questions. AJ was extremely helpful, postitive, and his personality carried a long way when he was with us. After he let me test drive the car, his motiviation to get us into the car we wanted pushed my family into saying "yes". The next day I was driving in my brand new car and for me being a new car buyer, AJ was the best salesman because he made the car buying experience for me less stressful and went above and beyond in the best way possible. If it was not for AJ's personality and exellent knowlege I would still be looking for a car today. Again, Thank you so much AJ it was a pleasure working with you. Katherine More
James was awesome to work with. Patient, upfront and pleasent. Never at any time did he bother me or make me feel uncomfortable.
