I have been a loyal Customer and bought 3 cars from Walkers over last 4 years. I did all services in Walker even though it is an hour drive from my house. The quality of service has deteriorated signif Walkers over last 4 years. I did all services in Walker even though it is an hour drive from my house. The quality of service has deteriorated significantly. After my last service which was a fully paid one, within couple of days the bottom plate fell off while driving on a highway because it was not fitted properly. And, after couple of weeks my engine oil is showing low. I don’t know why all these are not checked and these are safety issues. Very disappointed and moving to another dealer for service moving forward. Imagine on a highway the bottom plate falls off and engine oil low when driving in mountains - such a scary situation to be in and that too just after few days of service. More
