After 3 trips and the last trip culminating in the problem not being diagnosed nor repaired, we picked up our company vehicle (2020 NV3500). One would think if the problem couldn't be diagnosed at one problem not being diagnosed nor repaired, we picked up our company vehicle (2020 NV3500). One would think if the problem couldn't be diagnosed at one location a master mechanic would be brought in or vehicle taken to different location. With all of your dealerships, I'm sure problem could have been diagnosed. I do think WJ Nissan has a good service department as we have used them before. This was the exception Not the rule More

I bought a used car from Walker Jones Mega Center. A week later the check engine light came on and they told me to take the car to the Nissan Service.
