I was in search for a GMC AT4 Sierra that is very hard to find with the 3.0 diesel with all the chip shortages. I finally found a dealer that had one but it was in Georgia and Im in Texas. My salesman was g find with the 3.0 diesel with all the chip shortages. I finally found a dealer that had one but it was in Georgia and Im in Texas. My salesman was good at keeping me updated on the arrival and assured me all of the out of state taxes are covered and the dealer takes care of it all. Three weeks later my tax collector calls to let me know the plates are in but I owe money the dealership said they will not pay. So I call the dealer and give them the number to my tax office so they can work this out. Well I get a disappointed call from the manager of this dealership telling me they were not aware how Texas did their taxes and they thought what they sent was going to cover it all. well they refused to pay the extra 345.00 because they were not aware of the way Texas did taxes. This is the dealership that said they take care of all taxes for Texas and I don't have to worry about it at all. I was told this many times and when I picked it up the lady in the finance department told me the same thing. Buying a car is always a Big hassle because you have to deal with the dealership and their games… Houston area is the absolute worst about this. Well this dealership was great and I had a very good experience making a deal up until now. Granted 345.00 is not much but it is the principle of honesty and integrity, what all the commercials promise but rarely deliver. So this $345.00 is enough to make me change my mind and place this dealership in the same class as the rest. There are just no honest people anymore and it is a shame. Lesson learned and Ill always shop in my state going forward. More

Seemed to be all lies My partner bout a used jeep from them. Ad states lifetime warranty, (we paid for) also stated that the jeep was complete with a hard top and a soft t My partner bout a used jeep from them. Once we got home, a few days later we took out the soft top, only to find out that the side windows were missing. We contacted the dealership several times about this and NO ONE has responded to our calls. Now we cannot get the information on the extended warranty, we cannot get the information on the side windows. We had to take the jeep into a local shop to get a noise fixed, found a broken bolt on the brake caliper on the rear. Now we are having the same problem on the front axle. I was not too worried about the rear but now the front, we cant get the extended warranty information. Covered or not, we would like to have the information on a the warranty that we paid for. I was set to buy myself a new vehicle from the dealership because on the front side they seemed to be a good dealership, but now the follow through seems to be seriously lacking. I would not advise buying from them, if you do take the vehicle in for an inspection. Make sure it is in one piece and all parts to the vehicle are included. More
