Cost me a week of rental car and the insurance company $5800 to have the fuel system rebuilt apparently you will be hearing from them. I have used this place for 12 years the last two experiences are enough for me to find a new firs dealer you don’t need to respond already have made my mind up walker ford is not ford More

The service department is really lacking in the actual customer service piece, to the point that I am actually considering NOT buying a Ford next! I arrived at the service department with an unscheduled issue, dead battery. Was told my vehicle would be ready until the next day. I understand there are scheduled appointments they would take precedent, issue, dead battery. Was told my vehicle would be ready until the next day. I understand there are scheduled appointments they would take precedent, what I do not understand is how there is not a quick lane for things such as an oil change or battery?!? In addition, I arrived just after 10am and was not offered a shuttled ride. When I asked for a shuttle ride it would be a 3 hour wait!?! How is it a service department does not have continuous shuttle service for their customers?? I enjoy my Ford, however based on service I will not be a repeat customer! More
