We were on our way down to Seminole when I heard a noise coming from the car that was consistent with the speed of my 2017 Taurus,so I stopped at Walker Ford to have them check it out. I scheduled maintenance to complete a simple NOX recall. Since this is easily a 3 minute fix in programming, I asked to have the hyper flash fixed and even provided the service bulletin to do so. I was told the recall was completed but the BCM wasn't able to be accessed due to some aftermarket wiring. Although I wasn't charged, I returned home, bought a cable and did what I asked for myself. Very simple, so much so that I have to question the ability of the mechanics. I won't be returning as I have no confidence in Walkers ability to provide service and frankly question whether the recall was actually performed in the PCM when the simple BCM programming was incomprehensible. More
