Ryan Holcomb, the service manager, is genuine, honest, and an asset to Walker Ford Service Department. I was visiting from Michigan and had a problem with my vehicle while I was in St. Pete, FL, visiting and an asset to Walker Ford Service Department. I was visiting from Michigan and had a problem with my vehicle while I was in St. Pete, FL, visiting friends for five days. I scheduled a service call at Auto Nation Ford for the day I was supposed to leave since I couldn't get in anywhere else. I called Walker Ford to see if I could obtain an appointment from a cancellation and spoke with Ryan Holcomb, who told me to bring the car in. Ryan made a preliminary diagnosis based on my described issues over the phone and said he would test-drive it when I arrived. Ryan took the time to listen to me and another 10 minutes driving my car to determine that it was most likely the torque converter and that parts for any dealer would take time to get (as in a week or longer). Short of staying longer in FL, we canceled the appointment at Auto Nation and drove the car home north on 75 to Michigan since the issue didn't pose a threat over 40mph. The car was serviced in my hometown at Serra Ford for the same problem Ryan had diagnosed. He was spot on!!!! Good, quality service people are hard to find these days. Ryan Walker is a top-notch service manager worthy of recognition for a well-done job. Thank you, Ryan, for your expertise, time, and honesty and for picking up the initial phone call that gave me the insight to decide on the next steps. Michele More
My experience was pretty good here. I came in to get a key fob and 2 metal keys. They got me in and out pretty quick and were super helpful.
