Warranty service Service advisors are friendly and helpful. The work order I wish was more detailed and offered more recommendations on work needed. Both times only mentioned 1-2things but never mentioned rubber door seals which is obviously warn and torn around rear door. When I pick the car up its never washed and cleaned which lexus does for my other vehicle. I personally don't feel that extra wow factor but the work is always done as requested nothing more nothing less. More
