Fantastic Reward - Excellent Customer Service & Satisfaction Daniel (Dan) Victory, what an excellent Walker Ford representative! I am a new customer who became introduced to Dan through work required for my veh Daniel (Dan) Victory, what an excellent Walker Ford representative! I am a new customer who became introduced to Dan through work required for my vehicle... our initial conversation about what was needed and how the work to be completed would be done was communicated clearly by Dan. Therefore, I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with Dan and Walker Ford. As service assessments' go, of course after the assessment Dan called me to share the results of the mechanical assessment and next steps - Dan's clear communications and guidance helped me to make an informed decision to have the additional service also completed. During my visit with Dan and follow-up communications he demonstrated exceptional customer service acumen and skills - excellence seems to be his purpose. Rock Star Customer Service "Walker is Ford" as their slogan says; I took my car for a warranty extension problem with the transmission and these people ran the extra mile to fix "Walker is Ford" as their slogan says; I took my car for a warranty extension problem with the transmission and these people ran the extra mile to fix the problem. I had been dealing with the problem since I bought the car. I took the car to "other" Ford dealers and never fixed it like Walker Ford. My car is better now than when I bought it. I'm very happy with them and for now on my car will be serviced at Walker Ford. These guys Rocks! More

Awesome customer service I was on vacation in St Petersburg Fl and my transmission went. I took it to Walker Ford and they took very good care of my needs. Mike and Vince went I was on vacation in St Petersburg Fl and my transmission went. I took it to Walker Ford and they took very good care of my needs. Mike and Vince went above and beyond to get my car fixed so I could get it back home to Delaware. If I lived in the area I would go back to Walker Ford for my next purchase. excellent quality of service I had my mustang serviced last week for brake lining replacement and had it checked for some disturbing noise, they incidentally found out that i had I had my mustang serviced last week for brake lining replacement and had it checked for some disturbing noise, they incidentally found out that i had differential problem along with sway bar bushing problems. Mr Daniel, the service advisor made sure that the full coverage of my vehicle warranty was provided, and they've done an excellent job fixing my car, making it function like brand new again. More

Great Customer Service I arrived at the service center 2 hours after opening on a busy Friday and was immediately greeted with enthusiasm and proper customer attention. Aft I arrived at the service center 2 hours after opening on a busy Friday and was immediately greeted with enthusiasm and proper customer attention. After given the estimate for rear differential repairs, Service Advisor Daniel Victory expressed that he would do his best to squeeze me in. Within 2 hours, repairs were completed and I was driving away. That is great customer service!!! More
