Super friendly I took my car in for a scheduled oil change. The Service Tech that greeted me was very pleasant and asked if I was waiting for my car, which I was. I took my car in for a scheduled oil change. The Service Tech that greeted me was very pleasant and asked if I was waiting for my car, which I was. While waiting, I always go out and look at the new Mustangs first, then I'll look at other new or used vehicles. Usually one of the salesmen will see me walking around and ask if they can help and I always tell them no, just looking while I'm waiting. This time we had a nice conversation about the new Mustangs, they always ask what year my Mustang is and offer to set me up with a new model. BUT they are never high pressure pitches, which I like very much. I refuse to talk to a sales person who is intent on selling you something whether you want it or not. These guys/gals at Walker are just plain friendly and pleasant to talk to. They understand no and either leave or chit chat a few more minutes. Good people. My car was ready sooner than I expected and the Service Tech had my keys and paperwork ready for me. More

Excellent service. Took my car in for 2 different recalls and to check my tires and did not have an appointment. Just Great Service I had a minor problem with my battery after it was serviced yesterday and I contacted Service Manager Vince Romano, he asked me to return and he repla I had a minor problem with my battery after it was serviced yesterday and I contacted Service Manager Vince Romano, he asked me to return and he replaced the battery for free because it should have been noticed during the previous days service. Above & Beyond Service Team Mr. Walker...I wanted to reach out and personally thank you and your entire Services Department...calling out especially Ryan Holcomb (Services Manage Mr. Walker...I wanted to reach out and personally thank you and your entire Services Department...calling out especially Ryan Holcomb (Services Manager) for jumping in on not one...but, two of our FORD vehicles that have been visiting your department for the past 25+ years. We recently ran into a few different issues with our FLEX and our Excursion that were sub par to our long time experience with your Services Department. Upon questioning some items that were dragging on, Ryan jumped in and tackled both issues...and went above & beyond to make sure my family and I were attended to in a expedited fashion, made sure we had access to not only a rental car via your partnership with Enterprise across the street...but, went as far as providing us with one of your Walker FORD cars...when there was some confusion with a very recent issue wit hour FLEX. This FLEX was unfortunately a "Theft Recovery" vehicle that Walker did all of the repair and restoration work and partnered with our Insurance company to make that pain as minimal as possible. As issues come up with this FLEX...your team has been exceptional from an attention and resolution to the problems. It's not often people will reach out with a positive message. Usually it is to complain. This will now be the 2nd time for me...as I feel you have a very solid and professional team from Sales to Service. We all experience issues from time to time. It's how we respond to resolve our customer's issues is what differentiates us from the others. Walker Ford IS that differentiator and and Ryan Holcomb in the Services Department is as well. After it was fixed, his explanation of the issue was simplistic enough for even me to understand. I am so thankful my airbag light, after many trips to service shops, has finally been fixed! More

very dissapointed i work next to autonation ford i purchased my f150 from walker.I took it for a oil change and to address a couple of issues to see if they covered by i work next to autonation ford i purchased my f150 from walker.I took it for a oil change and to address a couple of issues to see if they covered by the cpo or extended warranty.After the oil change was completed I was told I would be contacted after a meeting was over at 2pm. It"s been two weeks now and no word.I drove all the way to Walker even though im right next to a Ford dealer thinking I would get better service, boy was I wrong.They sponsor alot of bike events I attend and I bought my truck there.Step up Mike and tell me it's not covered or there is nothing you can do don't push me off for weeks and ignore me.I wonder if Mr. Walker has any clue this goes on in service.I work at a dealership and understand jerk service customers.I simply asked to have the isssues addressed and nothing.What a waste of time thanks again Mike.I am sure this will go by the wayside like my concerns are. I am going to contact Ford myself as now you wasted my time i will continue to follow up because of principle. More
