Great Customer Service I arrived at the service center 2 hours after opening on a busy Friday and was immediately greeted with enthusiasm and proper customer attention. After given the estimate for rear differential repairs, Service Advisor Daniel Victory expressed that he would do his best to squeeze me in. Within 2 hours, repairs were completed and I was driving away. That is great customer service!!! More
Service on C-Max Hybrid Feb 23, 2017 I was not happy with the initial walk in to get my car serviced for the 50,000 mile checkup and the recall for my 2013 C-MAX. I had no issues with the I was not happy with the initial walk in to get my car serviced for the 50,000 mile checkup and the recall for my 2013 C-MAX. I had no issues with the recall. My issue is what I was told when I was being checked in my the service employee. I had called in previously to get the quote on how much the 50,000 mile check up would cost. I was told $99 plus tax. The service employee wanted to see what was done on my 30,000 mile check up. I did not have that info with me. I told the employee I was going to have to call from home to give them that information. I then asked why it was needed as I was in for the 50,000 mile check up. I was told they had to know if the flushing of the exhaust and cooling systems had been done. If not they would have to do that now and the cost for the 50,000 mile check up would be just under $400. I was shocked especially since I was told the cost would be $99 plus tax. I felt like I was trying to be up charged for something that was not needed on my car. When I got home I did not see anything done on my 30,000 mile check up concerning the flushing of systems. I then went to the Ford web site to check and see what was required on each checkup for certain miles. I looked at the requirements for the 30,000 and 50,000 mile check ups. Guess what? There was no requirement for the flushing of systems. I was furious when I saw that and right away called the service employee to ask why I was told this flushing was needed and it would cost $400. They told me THEN, not when I was there in person, that it was suggested that be done. I told them there is a difference between being suggested and required and then demanded the 50,000 mile check up be done at the price I was told for $99 plus tax. Then I was told we will do anything you want, in away I did not appreciate. I still feel like I was trying to be up charged for services not needed on my car When I came in to pick up my car, the service rep was on the phone and did not even acknowledge that I was there. Another service rep showed me where to pay and I could tell there was something wrong, like they were upset about how I handled the original service rep. After I paid my bill I went back to the original service rep to say thank you. They were still on the phone and barely looked at me, so I just walked out. . This incident doe not make it easier for me to return to Walker Ford for my next service for fear of having the same service rep on my next trip. I'm not trying to get this service rep in trouble, I just want them to know that they should watch the way they deal with customers. Thank you for the time you took to look over my complaint. Another Great Experience I was reminded via email that my car was due for service. I had an issue also with the air bag light staying on. I called my service write, Mike Olsen I was reminded via email that my car was due for service. I had an issue also with the air bag light staying on. I called my service write, Mike Olsen, and he scheduled my appointment. I brought it in and was greeted by Brian who is also a service writer. He was so friendly and efficient. I told him I was scheduled with Mike and he promptly got him. The car was immediately taken back and service. Mike informed me that the air bag was disengaged because of a wiring issue. They fixed it in less then 20 minutes. As usual, the service was excellent, communication flawless and the friendliness was awesome. I live up in Gainesville and will continue to take my car to them as long as I own it because I trust them! Thank you Mike, Brian and the guys who performed the work! More

Daniel Victory - Great Service I purchased a new Ford Explorer 2017 from Walker Ford this past month. The car had problems stating up on 2/1/2016. I called Walker Ford and set an ap I purchased a new Ford Explorer 2017 from Walker Ford this past month. The car had problems stating up on 2/1/2016. I called Walker Ford and set an appointment for 11 am that same day. Based on my conversation, the service technician said it sounded like a faulty battery. When I arrived a the service center there was no record of my appointment and the service person said I could leave the car and come back. I was upset. Daniel Victory at that point stepped in and said he would get the car serviced right away. Within 45 minutes he had replaced the battery and I was on my way home. He was very professional and saved what could have been a very poor customer experience. I want to thank him for acting so promptly and turning the experience into a very positive one.
