When I arrived at Walker Ford the Service Dept was very busy. Mike told me it would be about 2 to 3 hrs. I only had to wait and hour and a half. Too many visits to fix air conditioner problem. Six visits at a total cost of $4588 to repair my air conditioner. Service department did a replacement of the rear AC Aux unit on the fourth visit as Six visits at a total cost of $4588 to repair my air conditioner. Service department did a replacement of the rear AC Aux unit on the fourth visit as a solution to the problem, but this was evidently not the cause. This guess at the problem cost me an unnecessary $1988. I think the problem has been fixed per visit number six, as they replaced the evaporator. Time will tell. Overall, I have liked the sales people and the service contact people here very much. Servicing in the past has been good and fair. But on rating at this time for this problem, I have to say it should not have taken this long to fix the problem, and I should not have been charged for replacing the rear AC Aux unit. More
