Walker Ford was the closest dealer so I brought my car to the service department to make an appointment and let them know I had an extended warranty plan. I met Steve McHenry, and he was familiar with my plan. After bringing the car in, Steve called me to let me know that the warranty company would be sending in an adjuster to verify the problem. Steve worked with them on my behalf, then called me to let me know that it was approved and the work was done. He had also found out that my car had two recalls from Ford, and those repairs were also done. I couldn’t ask for better service. I highly recommend Walker Ford and Steve. More

Excellent in every way Walker Ford again has provided excellent service. Late last Friday afternoon my F-150 was showing a check engine light. Talked to my service adviser, Walker Ford again has provided excellent service. Late last Friday afternoon my F-150 was showing a check engine light. Talked to my service adviser, Mike Olsen, who recommended that I leave it (as the check engine light was flashing) and it would be looked at Saturday morning. Saturday morning the tech found that the #1 coil was bad and recommended that since I had almost 100000 miles since my last tune-up that I replace all the spark plugs. I agreed to the repairs and the truck is now running like new thanks to Mike Olsen & Walker Ford Tech 99614! More

5 star service Even I didn’t have an appointment to bring my car for service. It was no need to wait as I got used to before somebody will help you. He resolved all my car issues. Offered us a shuttle that took us home and back next day. When we arrived to dealership Steve was was waiting for us. We spent couple minutes there and were on our way back. We did not spend any minutes waiting. Thank you Steve. More
