As Always Walker Ford Goes Above & Beyond I have been working with Walker Ford for many years and they consistently prove to be the best at what they do. We recently ran into a major issue wi I have been working with Walker Ford for many years and they consistently prove to be the best at what they do. We recently ran into a major issue with our 2014 Expedition needing a new engine (which should not be the case on a $50k+ vehicle) and I worked with Ford Corporate ] (who also was top notch) along with Walker Ford and we were able to agree on an approach that was fair to all. Both Ford Corporate and Walker Ford help with some of the cost and provided the best customer service while we went through this process. Vince Romano the Service Manager personally took this on on Walker's end and was great rot work with. The process took about 5 weeks with negotiations and repair in a difficult time and Ford was there the whole way. Although I am not surprised by the continued excellence of Walker Ford, I always want to show my appreciation and let them know how thankful I am for their dedication! More

I have little to no words for any of my experiences with Ford dealerships. I walked in to see if they could fix my sunroof (knowing that it was a motor problem). They took my car to look at it to see what i Ford dealerships. I walked in to see if they could fix my sunroof (knowing that it was a motor problem). They took my car to look at it to see what it was and if they could maybe close it, I left 3 hrs later and a $100 poorer knowing the exact same thing with a roof still open. I was and am beyond annoyed with the situation. No one told me they would charge me $100 just to look at it and tell me it was possibly the motor but they wouldn't know until they dropped the liner. How did I sit there for 3 hrs, get charged $100 and leave knowing the same thing I knew when I walked in... The motor was bad and the roof was stuck open. Then told me it could be $1,300 to fix but they wouldn't truly know until they dropped the liner at which point the cost could go up. Sorry but what was happening for 3 hrs??? I could've saved myself the time and money and had my 13 yr old tell me it was the motor. I will NEVER go to any Ford dealership again as this was the 3rd crap experience I had at Ford (2nd at this particular location). If I could give zero stars, I would. More
