I dropped my car off for oil and tire rotation on Wednesday and was called to say it was ready on Thursday morning. The only problem was, it took over a half hour for them to find the car when I wen Wednesday and was called to say it was ready on Thursday morning. The only problem was, it took over a half hour for them to find the car when I went in to pick it up. I’m thinking since they have large parking lots, they might a note on the bill as to which lot the car is parked in. This is the first time this has happened to me.. I have dropped my car off without having an appointment befor and hAd no problem. More
