I showed up for my appt. and was met by Mike (my service advisor) right away. I needed my first oil change on my new truck. Avoid at Walker Ford all costs Called Walker Ford in December 2018 to address air bag recall. Did not get a call back. January 2020, went to dealership. Advisor took information aga Called Walker Ford in December 2018 to address air bag recall. Did not get a call back. January 2020, went to dealership. Advisor took information again and said he would call when part arrived. Heard nothing. Returned to dealership and was told part had shipped and I would be contacted. NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD FROM ANYONE. June 2020, airbag replaced only after I called again and the part “reordered”. The service advisor I dealt with initially is no longer employed. This time around I was fortunate enough to work with a competent professional, Douglas Wilder. A good employee does not make up for Walker Ford’s overall deplorable customer service. More
