Big disappointment $500 oil change, tire rotation said I needed new plugs and something cleaned. He said I needed a new battery. Battery was fine what I did need was a new terminal clamp for the battery it needed new plugs and something cleaned. He said I needed a new battery. Two days later driver side window not working and 3 days later bad coil took it to a local guy did everything for $179. I emailed Vince your service manager got no response. Been buying Ford's for 40 years from Tom Massano in Shillington/Reading PA. Currently looking for 2 new cars I will be trying Ferman down the road. It's a little further but every time I have been to see you I have a negative feeling afterwards, very expensive, and things just seem to go wrong. More
