Did a lot of online research and chose Walker. Called for appointment. Asked to have pinion seal replaced(leaking), oil change and tire rotation. Representative offered the earliest appt for Saturday am 2/17. My wife suggested I call to make sure they had parts in stock for the pinion seal. I called and was transferred to a guy who identified himself as a service advisor and was told that it was a common part and said if they didn’t, the warehouse was nearby, and they could get one. Arrived on time. First thing Gatlin said was “you realize that the pinion seal won’t be looked at today, we don’t have driveline techs here today”. They completed the other work and Gatlin said he would call me when the parts came in for the seal. 9 days later I called Gatlin who told me that the parts had come in over the weekend and he was just about to call me. I set up an appointment for Wednesday 2/28 first thing. Arrived on time. After about 2 hours, Gatlin came into the waiting room and told me that “the guy who worked on my truck Saturday” started to work on the pinion seal and that the only puller they had in the shop had broken. I said I’d wait while they went to Napa or another store to purchase a new one to complete the job. (I was told they didn’t have anyone capable of working on the pinion seal on Saturday.)He didn’t acknowledge my suggestion to purchase a new puller. He suggested that he could call me when the had the new tool, but that he knew I was traveling, I told him I was here for another 5 weeks and he responded that I had traveled quite a distance and that I could find a closer dealership. I told him I had traveled because of the service reputation and he responded “well we do what we can”. Just reporting the facts and offering no opinion. You decide. More

It was awful. Called and they said to bring it in first thing in the morning and they'll have someone look at it. So, I made an appointment for 3 weeks out (I had to ask for an appointment, they were just going to let me leave). Showed up for the appointment and they took my car, held it for 2 days, and didn't even look at it. Picked my car up and left. More
