After waiting almost two months for a loaner car to be available I was called to brig my car in for a recall on the brakes making noise when backing up. I requested a couple of other things be looked at while the car was in service. After 7 days, I received a call that the repairs on the brakes could not be done because Ford pulled the recall. I went to pick up my car and found that nothing had been done to it. As a result, I still have my concerns about my brakes and my other concerns like getting the software completely updated since I constantly have problems with the GPS system. When the time comes that Ford does another recall on the brakes, I will go to another dealer as Walker's service stinks and leave a great deal to be desired. More
