Walker Chevrolet - Service Center

I was very pleased with my recent experience when having service work done on my car at Walker Chevrolet. I am a new resident in Middle Tennessee and I am relieved that I have found a dealership that I am c service work done on my car at Walker Chevrolet. Ryan was very courteous, attentive, thorough, and went the extra mile to make sure that the services needed on my car were completed. Thank you, Ryan! I chose to wait in the customer waiting room while my car was serviced and it was very comfortable and customer friendly. The service department at Walker Chevrolet is the best in middle Tennessee and possibly the entire state. I drive 2 hours to get our cars services at Walker. I Would recommend people to this dealership, but it depends on the the type of service you're going for. The simple oil change is fine or to get tires rotated. However if you're get brand new tires the depends on the the type of service you're going for. The simple oil change is fine or to get tires rotated. However if you're get brand new tires they will over charge you for the service. Don't ever go to the dealership for new tires there's better options like discount Tire or Tire discount. I went in walker Chevrolet because I had a noise come from my steering wheel and it was $100 dollars just for them to look at it before finding the problem. So I had no choice to pay the $100 to see what the problem might be. When they found out the noise in the steering wheel was coming deeper in the shaft they was going to charge me almost $200. Keep in mind this is before they truly found the problem and then before part prices to even fix the problem plus what the labor might cost on top of that. So I told the advisor I didn't want to go any further with it. More

Overall service was good but the squeaking that was making noise on the rear of the vehicle returned only two days after servicing.
