Routine service Had a recent oil change, tire rotation and factory recall on my GMC Sierra truck. Had to honk the horn to get them to open the doors at 10 mins past the posted service hours. I was the first to pull into the service area and had to wait 10 - 15 minutes for the service manager to acknowledge I was there. He was visiting with another customer that pulled in behind me. I had a job to go to and had a coworker waiting to pick me up that also needed to go back to work. I was pleased with the work performed but not with the way I was put on the back burner for him to visit. More

Service Dept is horrible Worst service department experience ever!!! The staff is very nonchalant about their less than apt customer service. I arrived on time for my 10:00AM Worst service department experience ever!!! The staff is very nonchalant about their less than apt customer service. I arrived on time for my 10:00AM service appointment. After 5 hours of patiently waiting, I inquired about the status of my vehicle only to be told that no work had begun on my vehicle. No one took ownership for basically forgetting about me as a customer. When I spoke with the manager he was very condescending and offered no real apology or attempt to rectify the situation. After 6 1/2 I finally received my car. My ticket stated that I refused service on my vehicle because I finally stated that I could no longer wait for my vehicle to be serviced. Walker GMC placed numerous other customers before me and acted as if it was no big deal that I was in their place of business for 6 1/2 hours and received no service. More

Mr Godfrey &Mr Slaughter Mr Slaughter and Mr Godfrey both have Great friendly attitude! Both worked hard helping me to get me into my 2018 Buick Encore! Myers the walker big lot he was great, he could do much for me and brought me to Mr Slaughter and Mr Godfrey! More
