I was appro Venza I only intended to have my 2003 Corolla serviced. While waiting for my oil change, I decided to browse the lot to see what was new. I was approached by salesman Marvin Brimage who had a friendly and inviting smile on his face and was dressed very professionally. He took the time to walk the lot with me and find out what I was interested in without making me feel like he was pressuring me. At that point, I had no intension on buying a new car or obtaining a new car payment. However,Marvin was so warm and welcoming in his delivery of information about all of the cars I seemed interested in, that I found myself test driving a Venza! Without even knowing it, I found myself in love with the car! Marvin was extremely knowledgeable about the Venza and painstakingly walked me through the process of obtaining a price for it that I was comfortable paying. He made me feel like I was really getting a great deal and not being taken advantage of. I was able to get more than I expected for my trade in, and he actually helped me clean all my junk out of my old car at the end of the night. Shortly after I bought the Venza, I received a thank you email from Marvin acknowledging his appreciation for my business and offering his assitance for any future needs I may have concerning it. Also, since my purchase, whenever I visit the dealership Marvin finds me and makes sure I am well taken care of, as though he feels personally responsible for my satisfaction in the product he helped me purchase. There is no other person I would trust more at Toyota of Waldorf with my service other than Mr. Brimage...he rocks!!!! More

I was looking for a newer vehicle and talked with Bob at Waldorf Toyota. He showed me a 2007 Ford explorer that was very nice with low mileage. I had a bad experience when I tried to purchase a 2010 highlander. The sales person I dealt with was pretty reasonable but the manager they called in to handled the trade in price was very unreasonable. Intially, they wanted to give me the lowest blue book value of my 2008 RAV4, which was currenlty in excellent condition. The manager also was not willing to negotiate the price on the new highlander. I was irritated with the back and fort haggling of the price and left the dealership. Two days later I got a better deal from another toyota dealer. They not only gave a awesome price on my new highlander but gave me a fair trade in value for my RAV4. More
After taking my car to Waldorf Toyota on November 18, 2010 for it's 30,000 miles check-up, our receipt showed that they changed the oil, rotated the tires, and checked the car over. On the way home, the 2010 for it's 30,000 miles check-up, our receipt showed that they changed the oil, rotated the tires, and checked the car over. On the way home, the left front tire fell off of the car, causing extensive damage to the left side of the car. Luckily, no one was killed because of their negligence and carelessness. The first estimate that I have been given is around $3,000. What about the Lost Value they have caused to my car? Avoid this dealership. More

When I purchased this vehicle I asked to see a CARFAX report to show me any information on this vehicle. The salesmen handed me a copy of the CARFAX Report, this report did not disclose any previous accidents. I recently ran a CARFAX Report and found on July 28, 2003 that an accident was reported. Enclosed is a copy of that report. This has significantly brought the value of my car down by $4000. I would have never purchased a vehicle that was in a previous accident. If I do not hear anything within 10 days of receiving this letter, I will have my attorney contact you. More
I worked through the internet department which was delightful until I tried to take delivery of the vehicle. After the paperwork was signed and they had my money, they proceeded to tell me that my new delightful until I tried to take delivery of the vehicle. After the paperwork was signed and they had my money, they proceeded to tell me that my new car had a dent on the hood which may have happened in the dealer exchange they did to get it for me. I also questioned the color of the interior because it didn't look all the same, but thought it was just the light because it was at night. I took the vehicle home and noticed even more that the passenger side seat was a completely different color leather than the rest of the car. I immediately returned the car. They promised me a rental (I had sold my car because of this one) which they backed out on, they tried to sell me another car for $900 more than the original (they eventually came down on the price to what we agreed) and then tried to resell me the messed up car because they couldn't give it back to the dealer whom they got it from (for the original price also). They promised to get me an '06 and kept waning. Of course they deposited my cash the very next morning so I'm waiting on my returned money. More
Shopped at waldorf toyota for a Sienna minivan. Ashley Tran was polite and helpful, and we liked the vehicle. Downhill from there. The other salespeople stared rudely and hovered like vultures. Waited Tran was polite and helpful, and we liked the vehicle. Downhill from there. The other salespeople stared rudely and hovered like vultures. Waited much too long for a price quote from the "sales manager". Eventually Ashley offered an untempting price, and declined to "haggle" as she put it, and the sales xxxxx came over. He was rude, pompous, and arrogant, to put it concisely. His idea of a good offer was to print out the Carmax quote and offer the lowest trade-in value yet for our older vehicle. I explained that the numbers were not motivating me to buy. He became more rude and angry, and I had to point out his rudeness to him several times. He could barely contain his irritation, and stood by his lousy offer. He also claimed we were not being fair to him, and I explained I could care less about what he thought was fair, and so we left. Another miserable dealer from the old school of car sales, don't waste your time with them is my tip. More
