I usually dread when it comes time to buy a car, until now. My wife and I went to the Toyota of Waldorf dealership to see what they had in stock and to take a test drive. Well we spent all day and it was not a bad experience due to working with Sales Manager Wilson Patterson. I was looking for a particular Toyota Rav4 in the color and accessories I wanted. We were not there very long and Wilson said he was able to find the exact Rav4 I wanted and that he would have the car ready for delivery in three days. I also had a trade-in that I wanted fair market price for before purchasing the car. So after having my trade-in appraised and obtaining the value of my trade-in, we went home and waited for the call to come back to take delivery. Three days later we received a phone call saying the car was ready for pickup. We met with Ed Richardson to handle the financial aspects of our transaction. He was great in explaining the breakdown of the costs and the warranty options available. Wilson and Ed were very nice, easy to work with, and made for a quick and smooth transaction that day. I believe it was the best experience I have had so far in car buying. I enjoyed my experience at Toyota of Waldorf. I definitely would recommend everyone to buy from Toyota of Waldorf. Regarding service, I was impressed with Toyota of Waldorf from the moment I drove into the service lane. My service advisor was Todd, he was friendly and professional as he wrote down information about my from the moment I drove into the service lane. There are magazines, television and comfortable seats. Coffee, and donuts are complimentary. I waited there until Todd came to get me to go over the work that was done and then to the check-out area. There I received a detailed print-out "Know your Vehicle" along with my invoice I also want to mention Mike Pavan, the service manager. He always ensures a positive service experience. His staff are professional and very helpful. The service department is awesome and make it a great place to get service. I can schedule my service appointments from home in real time from their website. They also have a full service parts department and body shop. Toyota of Waldorf gives new meaning to a full service dealer. The dealership always has prompt service and gets you in quickly and out when they promise. I can always depend on the dealership for any issue I may have. More
