For example, when one of our custom-ordered cars finally arrived, Brian personally drove the vehicle to our house (outside of his normal working hours)! He kept us updated on the status of our purchase along the way and followed-up with us even after our purchase. This was my first real car buying experience. I had gone to a few other places but with no success. When Brian approached us at toyota, i got a very good vibe from him and didn't feel that he was a typical to a few other places but with no success. I told him my wants and needs in a car and he led me to a 2007 rav4. After test driving it, i could say for sure that i liked it, but didnt want to jump the gun. He took us inside and ran some numbers for me. Throughout the process we had some very pleasant conversation with him and even referred him to our church, which he showed interest in. After getting fairly good prospects about the car, i took the night to think it over. Brian gave me a call in the morning and i told him i wanted the car. We were in touch all day, as he was trying to get as much ready for me as he could. I could go on, but to summarize, this was a wonderful car buying experience.
