Slow start - Good ending I had a went by Waldorf Honda because I was doing research on a Honda CR-V. Walked around the lot a little and was finally approached by a salesperson. Attempted to test drive one of the models but was test drove, being told that he wanted to explain the safety features. Did finally get to drive the vehicle, like the vehicle, but was a bit turned off by the salesperson. He was distracted and indifferent, he never asked me for any contact information or any other questions. I did more research and narrowed down which vehicle/ trim level I was interested in purchasing. Sent out pricing requests to several dealerships. Waldorf Honda come in with a competitive price, so I thought that I would try them a second time. I had emailed my concerns to the Operations Manger, Mrs. Workman, was and she assured me that my first experience was not normal. Cautiously, I went to check the stock once again. I was introduced to a very pleasant Sales Associate, Dylan. He was a very good salesperson, took the time to show me all of the many features of the Honda CR-V Touring. Dylan was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. During the negotiation phase he listened to my concerns and conveyed them to the management. Negotiations went well and I purchased a new Honda CR-V Touring. Everyone that I encountered on this trip to Waldorf Honda was pleasant and helpful. I assured Mrs. Workman, Operations Manger, that one indifferent salesperson does not a dealership make. The entire team involved in my transaction, Dylan Workman (Sales Associate), Stormy Workman (Operations Manger), & Tyler Manual (Finance) worked to make my buying experience a pleasant experience. A true car buying experience with saleman Gregg Smith So I went to the dealer to purchase a new accord. I had done all my homework and knew what I should be paying for the vehicle I wanted. I met saleman Gregg Smith who was professional and polite. I told him the type of Accord and color, he came back with the exact vehicle for a test drive. Just that simple. During the test drive he went over all the major components and some, including showing me how they work. Since I had done my homework I knew he knew his job. He wasnt the regular salesman he actual cared about what I wanted and made sure it was delivered to my satisfaction without being annoyed by my repeated inquiries. When it came to price it he was on point, he gave me a deal I cound not refuse, again I did my homework. This was a first time no hassle transaction and I have brought at least 7 new cars , including 2 Hondas. Even after the deal was completed he never changed. He came to the vehicle and went over its operations again even showing me how to connect my phones. Gregg is a rare breed of car salesmen and I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to him. More
