I have been a customer of Waldorf Chevy Cadillac since 2017. Purchased my 2014 Cadillac SRX from this dealership. I have all my services repairs from this dealership, sometime sitting waiting for hours, 2017. Purchased my 2014 Cadillac SRX from this dealership. I have all my services repairs from this dealership, sometime sitting waiting for hours, but that's not my complaint. My headlight went out and I took it to them for service. Complaining that I took it to Advanced auto and they changed the bulb, but the light seem dim compare to the other light, so I brought my car into the dealership. I was told that the HEADLIGHT was over OXIDIZED causing dimness. They replaced the DRIVER FRONT HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY for a price of $987.00 didn't check before I left which I should had. Check the next morning and the darn bulb was still dim. Took the car back and was told the reason why my bulb was still dim is because GM replaced the bulb with amore efficient bulb because they where getting complaints. So my problems is I really didn't need the Headlight Assembly after all, since it didn't. make a difference on the dimness. I should had been told about the new replacement bulb, but never was.. I wanted a reimbursement for cost , but was offer a free oil change and tire rotation which isn't even $200.00. I believe they could have change the other bulb to make it match at least. I was told if the bulb was change it possibly could cause additional damage really. I believe I should had been told about the difference in the bulb prior to the Headlight Assembly being install, because the bulb still looks dim compare to the other. I will be speaking to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals office. Unsatisfied Customer, More

I wouldn't recommend this dealership, because I feel they tried to work on/ charge me almost $ 1,600 worth of work that if I had read the drivers manual would have realized what I thought was a problem they tried to work on/ charge me almost $ 1,600 worth of work that if I had read the drivers manual would have realized what I thought was a problem was normal for the car to do that. They are clearly the experts so I took it to them and I feel that I was almost taken advantage of. lucky for me I decided to take it somewhere else. I Believe I spoke with Mr. Beavers (Service Advisor Manager)(not sure if the name is right) about the situation. He said all the right things and tried to make it right and I appreciated that but the damage that Richard Rogan (service advisor) had done was irreversible. To many details to explain. Service Department is Terrible! If I could give zero stars, I would. My mothers car was towed there when it broke down less then half a mile away. It wasn't. Didn't receive a call telling me that, nor did I receive a call on friday telling me when it would be ready. I called Friday afternoon and was told it was ready. I asked to pay over the phone so a neighbor could take my mother to get her car. That's not allowed because the repair charges are too much. I was told, "if it were $100 or something, we could make an exception." Well, nothing at a dealership is only $100, and I'm not the one who jacks up the prices so that three simple items cost over $1200. I don't live in Waldorf and I work for a law enforcement agency, so i don't always get to pick my schedule. So, how am I getting to Waldorf to pay for my mother's car and let her pick it up? After spending spare minutes at work on friday afternoon, trying to rearrange saturday appointments and travel schedules, the only solution we could come up with that fits this dealership's limited hours and arbitrary payment limitations, is for my mother to skip her dialysis treatment on saturday morning. So instead of getting dialysis, we pick up the car Saturday morning and go our separate ways again. An hour later my mother calls me and says she got out of the car after leaving the dealer and noticed a large dent in the drivers side door, causing the door not to close properly. She had wondered why she could hear air coming in around the door when driving, but she's elderly and didn't think too much of it. I called the dealership and they said they forgot to tell us an employee hit it with another car. They forgot. But they'll make an appointment on Monday with their body shop and cover the damages. It's noon on Monday - haven't heard a word from them.... DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS - ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! More
