Waldorf Cadillac Service Department continues to disappoint. I have had my car serviced there three times since I purchased my car a year ago, and I have yet to have a positive experience. They don' disappoint. I have had my car serviced there three times since I purchased my car a year ago, and I have yet to have a positive experience. They don't contact you when your car is ready. They lie and tell you that they don't perform certain services on Friday when you're specifically given a Friday appointment by the scheduler. Two weeks after a routine oil change and my check oil light is back on. When you drop your car off at night there is a 50/50 chance that there are service envelopes available for your key drop. When you pick your car up on a Saturday afternoon, the service customer service staff are asleep at their desk. They fail at basic customer service and service tasks. I've left messages for the manager and no return call. I constantly have to contact my salesman to get something done in Service. The Service Department is so bad that it makes me rethink about purchasing another car there even though the sales experience is on point. More

The most worthless experience and waste of my time. Went in to look at spending over 100K on a vehicle and they wouldn't allow me to test drive the vehicle I was looking to get. I offered to test drive and used one of the same type vehicle and they said NO they don't do test drives for Corvette's. I had just left the Porsche Dealer and test drove a 200K 911. They didn't want my business obviously. I will NEVER go back to this worthless dealership More
I am beyond thrilled with the service and concern I received from Brandon Turner, the General Manager and Atonio Gruber, the Cadillac Service Manager. GM Leasing leased the Cadillac Escalade to someone received from Brandon Turner, the General Manager and Atonio Gruber, the Cadillac Service Manager. GM Leasing leased the Cadillac Escalade to someone, who returned it with an undersized engine. Brandon felt my pain and took on the responsibility of replacing the engine at Waldorf's cost. Antonio ordered a new engine and had it installed in just a little over a month! My Escalade is running beautifully. Thanks to a wonderful team. Carole Robertson More
