Bought a car from Siara Lamp. Nice girl but not very professional, she is just there to get a sale. Was my absolute very first time at a dealership by MYSELF and I told Sierra that. She didn’t give a ****. I cried in her office while she talked to some “manager”. A week after I bought the car, the brakes went out and my car was smoking. Not even a year later, my engine is rattling when she told me she couldn’t budge on the 25k price point for a piece of **** 2015 Jeep Compass with a broken radio. She told me that “a co signer didn’t matter” when I had a 630+ credit score. Will never xxxxing go back if someone paid me. I will only see people that people recommend from the Honda side of the dealership because they’re the only people that know what the absolute xxxx what they’re talking about. More

Salesman did everything he could to help. 28.5k car, check engine light came on 5 days later. Took 1 week to finally talk to someone. Tried to schedule service. They told me it wouldn't be fo 28.5k car, check engine light came on 5 days later. Took 1 week to finally talk to someone. Tried to schedule service. They told me it wouldn't be for over 3 weeks to service my car. Salesman could've got me in late the next week. That would put it at over 2 weeks since the check engine light came on. Told me I could leave the car there, but there's no loaner vehicle available. The loaner car goes directly against the warranty that specifically states a loaner will be provided. I will add though I would've refused a junk loaner car. They could care less about you after you sign those papers. More

Check engine light on day after purchase upon inspection noticed that wheels didn't have spacers and could fall off at anytime. This supposably passed there inspection. Gave quote of 800 dollars for check e noticed that wheels didn't have spacers and could fall off at anytime. This supposably passed there inspection. I was very disappointed that Waikem sold me a car that had engine problems and would not make it right after only having the car three weeks. I will never buy a car from Waikem again and will inform all had engine problems and would not make it right after only having the car three weeks. I will never buy a car from Waikem again and will inform all my friends and family. The oil light came on and no oil in the car. It took three quarts of oil to even show on the dip stick. The key battery needed replaced and showed up on the way home and washer fluid light came on. I had to replace a fuse. Dave Waikem took me for about $5,000. My family and friends were as disappointed as I was and surprised how Dave Waikem handled this. More
