My experience with this dealership left much to be desired. Salesman was not attentive to my needs, and acted like he was not interested in my business. I was a cash buyer, looking for a new Foreste desired. Salesman was not attentive to my needs, and acted like he was not interested in my business. I was a cash buyer, looking for a new Forester. I then went elsewhere, and what a world of difference! The dealership I used instead took care of me, and had the best purchase experience there, a great salesman and staff! I am extremely happy with my new 2024 Subaru Forester touring model! More

I was looking for a new car and had wanted a Subaru for quite a while so I first visited Subaru of Dayton and all they had was used on the lot and "some" cars coming in so upon leaving there I voice instru quite a while so I first visited Subaru of Dayton and all they had was used on the lot and "some" cars coming in so upon leaving there I voice instructed my phone to call Subaru of Cincinnati and tapped on the first Subaru dealer that came up on my phone and talked to Shay about a new Forester they had in stock. I asked where abouts in Cincinnati was he and he said we are in Fairborn. So this was a sign to begin with. I met with Shay and drove the car, put $200 down to hold it so that I could discuss the purchase with my spouse. Called the next day to tell him we would be in ASAP and he said he would be with customers and that I could talk with Samantha Rader who was a delight to deal with. I loved it that each rep does there own finance paper work and it was so refreshing to go in and purchase a car and be out of there in like 1 1/2 hours. It was fantastic to be in and out so quickly because usually it is a half to whole day affair in purchasing a car. I would definately refer others to your dealership and I will purchase other cars there as well. Keep up the great work. Todd D. Wolf More
