Excellent I had the best experience that I have ever had at a car dealership! I am 70 years old and have purchased loads of cars throughout my life. Chontell, my sales person, Chis, a sales manager, and, Justin, the finance guy! There was no pressure, they listened well to what I wanted, and, worked hard to get for me? They even came to my home about a half hour away, and, picked my sales tax check in order to expedite my car delivery! After I checked out the 2017 Sorento reviews, test drove, I told them I would bring my wife to test drive the next day! My wife loved it and all was cosumatrd! Chontell cancelled my plates for me and emailed my receipt! Great dealer! More

No pressure sales I took my mom to Wagner Kia to buy a used car because her car was very old and needed to be replaced. Over the course of three weeks, we kept coming back to Wagner Kia because of the no pressure sales and the selection of cars. We worked with Steve Crozier and Dave Backstrom. Both were patient with my mom's many questions which put her at ease. My mom finally bought a 2013 Kia Forte that was formerly a lease car so it had some dings and scrapes. When we went to close the deal and pick up the car a few days later, we were blown away at how new the car looked. Wagner's did a fantastic job buffing out and touching up the car. We would highly recommend Wagner Kia if you are looking for no pressure sales, knowledgable and friendly staff, and the best prices in the area. More
Great experience I went to Wagner just to browse. I wanted to buy, but I thought my credit history ( being in a car accident and out of work for a year + under insured I went to Wagner just to browse. I wanted to buy, but I thought my credit history ( being in a car accident and out of work for a year + under insured driver= crappy credit for a while) would prevent me from being able to buy a car, My daughter had bought a car the there the year before, and I saw how the guided, not pushed, her through the process (her first car). I was right there and there was no pressure from Steve for her to buy. I went to Steve and asked questions about the Soul. He answered them and never asked or pressured me to buy. I told him my story, and he and Chris the sales manager looked and kept looking until they found a great rate for me (about 8-10 points lower than I thought). I was thrilled. Now my credit is back to great and having this loan approved was a key factor. Now when I go in for my maintenance. I sit there and Steve makes it point to come over and say hi. He remembers personal things and actually can have a legitimate conversation with me (not like talking about the weather or something like that). I see the poor reviews and wonder if they went to the same dealership that I did. I very highly recommend Wagner and Steve. More
The worst dealer ship ever THE WORST DEALER SHIP EVER...I bought preowned Acura RDX 2007 for $ 14,500.00 from wagner kia in shrewsbury,,MA...the sales woman told me it is in min THE WORST DEALER SHIP EVER...I bought preowned Acura RDX 2007 for $ 14,500.00 from wagner kia in shrewsbury,,MA...the sales woman told me it is in mint condition ,I took the car for road test for a few minutes.. I heard a little noise under the hood..for a few seconds,I told her about that..she said that she did not hear anything. and if there is anything wrong with the car..they will take care of it and fix it for sure...then we did sign the paper and I drove the car to my house which it is six miles away from the dealer..by the time I got home..the noise went louder...and I found out the AC is not working..I called her telling her about that,she asked me to bring it back at morning to see what they can do..I took it back,they kept it for 2 days ..they did fix the AC and told me will not make noise anymore...I did trust them because suppose I deal with decent dealer ...I took the car ,drove home to find out that no radio ,no navigation..no back up cam system ...a lot of things not working because there are 2 cods have to enter them to the car"s computer ...I called them back..they said I have to call Acura dealer to get the cods and they have nothing to do with that..I took the car to Acura dealer,I asked them to get the cods and to do full check up on the car because I could not trust wagner kia anymore...they found a lot of problems with the car and it will coast almost $ 3000.00 to be fixed,I took the report and went to wagner kia ,they told me the sales manger is not here today and they will show him the report on the following day and then will call me...I kept waiting for three days and I have not heard from them...I called ...more than 10 times and every time they answer and put me through mail box ..I tried to call the sales woman..but no answer...after 5 or 6 times she called me back saying .." the car passed the state inspection ..that is it..nothing we can do for you ..bye " She was very rude. For whoever responsable about Wagner kia Shrewsbury,MA...for me ..it is not about the money..it is principle matter...you need to learn how to honer your promise and show respect to the business you do...I own business too and I deal with hundreds of customers...and you have my word that I will tell every single one of them about my experience with Wagner Kia to tell their families and their friends ...BETTER TO BUY A CAR FROM SOME ONE ON THE SIDE WALK THAN BUYING A CAR FROM WAGNER KIA...SHAME ON YOU. Very poor service and customer service after the maintenance This is my most recent letter I sent to Kia of Shrewsbury via there website: I recently had some maintenance work done and a repair. I had my timing belt done and had all the belts replaced at that time also. I had to return many times because the new belts that where put on where squealing and you where not able to fix it. ( I gave up on that) Then I had my A/C compressor replaced because it had failed. I don’t mind spending money to have my car maintained as you can see by just those two costly repairs/maintenance items I just mentioned. What I do have a problem with is being told I would have to pay 100 dollars for you to diagnose why my A/C is no longer working just 5 months after you installed a new compressor and recharged the system. That just happened today when I called your service department. (May 21, 2014) Its funny how my belts never caused me any problem and my A/C worked great until you “repaired” my car. I will live with the belt problem but I shouldn’t have to pay so much for repairs and have my A/C not work after you repaired it. I told Mike in service that I used the A/C about 1 week ago. It was cool but very humid so I used the A/C to clear up the interior of the car. It seemed to work ok then. It was cool air and seemed to work ok. I told him my only concern was the noise (whining) that the compressor made when accelerating. Today, I was at my daughter’s school and had to keep the windows up because of all the bee’s. The A/C compressor would cycle a lot but no cold air (warm). Now he wants me to pay 100 bucks to diag. it. I don’t think I’ll be doing that. I didn’t mention that my car only has just over 70,000 miles and about 1200 miles on the car from the last repair. I’ve never had these kinds of issues before with a car with low miles. Your service department is very important if you want repeat sales and happy customers. Thank you for your time. Was looking for economical transportation to travel back and forth to Vermont. We were going to look at Hyundais and Kias. Wagners dealership was the first one we stopped at and after my husband tried to and forth to Vermont. We were going to look at Hyundais and Kias. Wagners dealership was the first one we stopped at and after my husband tried to get into the sedan type car and couldn't, our salesman suggested the Soul. My husband "fell" into it with no trouble. The rest, as they say, "is history". We were given a fair price, and we negotiated some nice extras. There was no pressure and we were there about two hours total. I would recommend this dealer to friends. More
