The BBB reviewed all information in this case and determined we have done everything possible to try to address Ms. Harvey's concerns. The BBB closed the case after Ms. Harvey rejected every attempt to address her concerns over a 37 day period. Ms. Harvey declined to bring the vehicle back to verify and correct any issues. We offered to take Ms. Harvey a loaner vehicle and pick her vehicle up. She declined this offer as well. We were not given an opportunity to confirm or correct any of her complaints. Ms. Harvey was not charged twice for an air filter. Her vehicle has two separate air filters for the engine and cabin. Both filters were replaced with her authorization. She was not charged labor twice for one repair, she was charged labor for each repair. After her visit, Ms. Harvey took her vehicle to another business and had work done which we diagnosed, offered to repair and she declined. Ms. Harvey then asked to be reimbursed for the work done elsewhere after she declined it. Ms. Harvey was not offered any discounts and did not present any form of discounts offered on her services. She was not entitled to any discounts. We absolutely have not lied to Ms. Harvey, the BBB or any other customer. That is a baseless and absolutely false accusation. Wagner Cadillac has a long standing reputation of exceptional service. We are not perfect, but we always stand behind our work and correct any mistakes that occur. Our customer satisfaction scores are consistently high when compared to Cadillac's regional and national scores. We offer pick up and delivery, shuttle service, loaner cars, courtesy car washes and many other services not offered by other repair facilities. We have GM Certified, ASE Certified and ICAR Certified mechanical, paint and body automotive technicians.
