I spoke to a salesperson, Gabe, yesterday morning about seeing a used Dodge Ram that Beware of this dealer if you're expecting integrity and respect. I spoke to a salesperson, Gabe, yesterday morning about seeing a used Dodge Ram that afternoon. We agreed on a time and when I arrived there was another customer looking at the truck. Gabe assured me that I had inquired about the truck first and had right of first refusal. I waited almost 30 minutes to test drive it. Gabe drove the truck for half of the test drive and received several calls/texts on his phone while I drove the truck. He tried to show us other trucks when we arrived back at the dealership. I explained I was in a hurry having driven from St. Paul, waiting for the test drive, and that I wanted to buy the truck. We worked on paperwork for about 20 minutes before Gabe told me they sold the truck to another customer. I understand there is a possibility that a truck could be sold between the time I first inquired and had a chance to physically get there. In that case, just be honest and don't give me the right of first refusal. Unfortunately, Gabe literally and figuratively "took me for a ride" instead. I spoke to Dave, the sales manager, afterwards and he really could have cared less about my experience. So if you're expecting integrity and respect from a dealer, look elsewhere. More

Plenty of trustworthy options across the Twin Cities. Would avoid if at all possible. More

We went shopping for a 4-wheel drive vehicle one saturday. We had to decide on a vehicle within a couple weeks. We had stopped in at Waconia a few weeks prior and met Shane, so we decided to work saturday. We had to decide on a vehicle within a couple weeks. We had stopped in at Waconia a few weeks prior and met Shane, so we decided to work with him. When we got to the dealership, Shane was busy and so Andy started asking what we were interested in. Andy said we needed to test drive a few vehicles first. He went out and lined three vechiles up,letting them all warm up. We took the first one for a drive, came back, jumped in the second and then the third. They trusted us and let us take the vehicles out without any hassel. The driving of the vehicles made a huge difference in what was on top of our wish list. This saved us alot of time. Shane returned and Andy just disappeared and let Shane handle the sales pitch. Shane was a great salesman, he gave us the pitch on the vecicles we were interested in. My husband was intersted in the Cherokee and I was intersted in the Wrangler. Shane spent time talking about both and giving us lots to think about. We left the dealership to think about our options. We were back within a few hours, asking more questions. Shane was great to work with. Once we made our mind up to by the 2012 Jeep Wrangler, then Shane had lots of work to do. We give him a list of "must have in Jeep" and "what color" must be. Shane worked for countless hours trying to fill our want list. He came thru the next day with "I found one!" We were very excited. When we went to pick up the Jeep, we met the service guy who would be servicing my Jeep. I was very pleased to have met him. The actual sale was a pleasant expericence and we were in and out with our new Jeep within a hour. The Jeep is everything and more what we were hoping for. It is fun to pull up to the gas statation and guys will come over and drool all over the Jeep. I gets tons of compliments on the Jeep. I could not be happier. Thanks Waconia Jeep and Shane and Andy! I just received the status check email as I have just finished up my 2nd year of owning my minivan. I am very happy with the vehicle. I also want you to know that I am extremely happy with the service finished up my 2nd year of owning my minivan. I am very happy with the vehicle. I also want you to know that I am extremely happy with the service I get at Waconia Dodge. I have complete trust in what you tell me about my vehicle and would not take it anywhere else. I live in Carver and work full time so getting my car in for maintenance leaves me only Saturday as an option to get it done but because of the trust I have in all of you there it is 100% worth it to me. I was thankful when saturday service was made available but adjusted my schedule to make it work prior to that. Thanks to all of you for making buying my car and maintaining it a very easy process.
