I purchased a vehicle(Ford) that became a problem vehicle shortly after the sale was made. Without going into long detail, I Did Not have to worry about being stranded as there was always a tow and a loaner car provided and Carl was always there to meet the problem and did not back down. Due to issues with my awesome purchase, it was a fact that this car was not going to be repairable for me. I would need to get another vehicle and I was not going to settle for anything and the excuse of, " sorry, this is all we have for you".
