Ugh......... So frustrating. Called the Middletown store today to see if we could come in and test drive a Colorado Diesel. I have been looking forward to trying t So frustrating. Called the Middletown store today to see if we could come in and test drive a Colorado Diesel. I have been looking forward to trying this truck out and finally found the time to do so. Salesman (DJ?) said of course, they have them, come on in. Website showed two. Great, we will stop in around 2 pm. We get there. No Colorado diesel. "We can bring one in for you from our other store if you can come back." My response.....not a chance. We work 6 days a week. I own a business and can,'t really kill time during the week shopping for a truck. Salesman's response? "Sorry.....my life story:".....turns and walks away. Wow. At my place we would have offered to bring the truck to the customer after a screw up like that. So so lame. Selling cars must be easier than I thought.....they don't need to care. They will just try again with next victim to come through the door. I only give them two stars because the receptionist who met us was very nice and attentive and it was not her fault so she gets a star. More
