Jason was also super helpful in getting me all set up with everything I needed to know about my car. I have had the worst experience and my service advisor Brian has been horrible. It has been impossible for me to get a straight answer it took 3 days of them having my vehicle to get me a answer as to wha Brian has been horrible. My fiance and I have had a HORRIBLE experience here. 3 years ago we brought my fiance's truck here because the transfer case had cracked. We BLATANTLY informed the mechanics that was the issue, as we had years ago we brought my fiance's truck here because the transfer case had cracked. We BLATANTLY informed the mechanics that was the issue, as we had it looked at by another mechanic the day it broke. The mechanics at this dealership had told us that it was actually the transmission that was broken and paid FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to fix the transmission. Lone and behold, we brought the truck back THE NEXT DAY with Transmission fluid leaking out of the truck and left the vehicle inoperable. They DID NOT reimburse us for the $5,000 transmission we did not need after MIS DIAGNOSING the vehicle, and they said they would do us a favor by taking off $670 dollars off the new transfer case. We ended up paying and ADDITIONAL $1,750 for the transfer case. The next year in 2019, we ONCE AGAIN had to have a new transmission put into the vehicle because it was broken. Luckily it was still under warranty so we did not have to come out of pocket for this, but I do not see a reason for a year old transmission to have issues to begin with. Here we are 3 years later and the new transmission unfortunately is broken, with not even 100,000 miles on it and since the warranty is up the dealership refuses to help make this right. This dealership is a joke and all they care about is the money, they don't care about fixing their mistakes and making their customers happy. Our service advisor Lori is very unpleasant and would avoid our phone calls and not return the calls as she should have. We spoke to the GM Lou, who also was no help and had no interest in making this situation right as they do not care that we spent $5,000 on a transmission that we did not need. They got their money and that is all they care about. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend working with this dealership. More
I had a horrible experience. Rachel did not inform me why she was running inside and Sean speaks down to customers like they are dumb. Never had I ever had to deal with people in this mannerism. 1.) Tom Ulbrich was the best ever! He truly went above and beyond and totally out of his way to get us the car we wanted. Again we are over the moon satisfied with the level of professionalism he also expended. We could not be more pleased with the deal he got us. 3.) The level of care they both shown toward us makes us customers for life. Honestly and truly two of the best people you have working for you. They put us at ease every step of the way on our THIRD Trax (yes, you heard me right!!) car purchase. As long as Tom and Jason are with you we will be customers for life. They both are great assets to your company. Please treat them like gold! More
