I bought a new Chevy Cruze recently and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I upgraded to the turbo because the timing belt is a chain compared to a rubber belt, which most likely will not break. Look into it yourself, but something to think about. The one thing I recommend to people when purchasing a vehicle is to shop around for a better finance rate. Chevy is currently offering 2.9% APR. However, if you have good credit, there is no reason why your interest rate can't be lower, thereby lowering your monthly payments. All in all my experience at Healey was great! Never walked into a dealership before and actually felt at home. I mean, what dealership do you go to where they offer you a cup of coffee or hot chocolate? Awesome! I was treated like a prioruity customer and every questions I had was answered. There was a mistake with regard to a vehicle in stock, but it was caught right away and they even brought in another ve questions I had was answered. My first experience with Healey Brothers was when had to return my leased Pontiac G6. I gentleman who helped me asked if I was getting a new car. The car I was driving died so I decided to go back to Healey Brothers. This time I dealt with Chris Malecot. He was very professional, honest and really listened to what I had to say and more importantly tolerated my wife's constant questions and suspicious nature. We completed a deal for the purchase of a Chevy Cruze, which I am very happy with. Chris made it all easy. He worked with me at every step to help with all the details. I appreciated his follow up phone calls to check on how I was enjoying my new car. Carl went out of his way for 5 months to make this the best car experience I have ever had. From first phone call to delivery of the vehicle the interaction with Carl was EXCEPTIONAL. As the Volt was not yet available for ordering in Vermont, I contacted numerous out of state dealerships trying to find one that would order me a 2012 Volt. Carl at Healey's was the only person willing to take down my specs and follow through on getting the car ordered. Throughout the long waiting process he kept me updated on all phases of the manufacturing process. He was always immediately available for my numerous phone calls, ready and able to answer all my questions, and happy to drive 4 hours round trip to deliver the car. I have been through a lot of cars in my lifetime, but the VOLT is by far the most advanced and exciting vehicle I have ever driven. Thank you Carl! More

I was looking forward to purchasing a New Chevy cruze 2011 I had gone to your other Healy store in Poughkeepsie and have some recalls done on my Chevy Colbalt 2007 and thought I would look and purchase o 2011 I had gone to your other Healy store in Poughkeepsie and have some recalls done on my Chevy Colbalt 2007 and thought I would look and purchase one there, but I just totaly felt unconfortable and felt like I was being lied to and I realy was not happy at all, I was told that the car I was interested was not there and she did not know when it would be there, I asked if there was one in another chevy dealer as with in the past they located me a car, and she said there was not one. Well when I got home I was looking on the internet and looked on the other Healy sites and found a couple in Goshen, So I called and I was very upset felt totaly lied too and now not believing anyone. So when I called Carl Jenkins answered and straight away Carl made me feel that things would be fine and said trust me come in and I will get you in the car you choose and no other stories and I took the ride with my son and there was a couple cars. Carl worked numbers and went with the price that I wanted to pay and all went just as he spoke of and today I am happy to be in My new Chevy cruze. Still 4 months later if i have a problem or a question I just call Carl he always speaks to me. Poughkeepsie Healy should look into there employies. More
