Jeremy took the time to listen to me, and asked a lot of very good questions to help me find the right car. I changed my mind several times and Jeremy didn't mind at all. By the time we were done I had a car equipped with everything I wanted and bells and whistles I didn't know I could have. Jeremy took the time to answer my questions and then spent well over an hour and a half teaching me all of the Cruze's ammenities and setting up my Onstar account with me. By the time I left the lot, I was fully confident in my ability to handle the car and all of its amenities. I never owned a car that was so computerized and saavy before, but I am very happy with my choice. I love the way the Cruze handles and the mileage is going to be a big plus. I was very impressed with Healey's service department and the manager, the state of the art facility and the postive attitude of all of the employees. Your financial manager was fantastic and went the extra mile to help put me in my new Chevy Cruze. He was confident, helpful, positive and reassuring and able to answer all of my questions about financing, the contract and everything I needed to know. When I was ready to take my new car, all of the employees were happy for me. I left the dealership feeling like I was a part of a very special experience. I love my car; it is everything I wanted and more. I can't stop telling people about the dealership and the people there, but most of all how helpful and what a great tutor Jeremy is. Thank you!!!!
