Aside from needing routine service, I had a special issue due to my car being involved in a rear-end collision earlier this year. I kept hearing this "noise" from the rear of the car, but it would only occu due to my car being involved in a rear-end collision earlier this year. The maintenance technician took me for a ride in the car so we could duplicate those circumstances & make the noise occur. By doing this, I believe this aided him in pinpointing the cause of the noise I was hearing & since I have had my vehicle back, I haven't heard this annoying noise since! My car sounds like new again! Granted the wait time was somewhat lengthy, but it was worth the wait to have the noise found & rid-of after having to listen to it for four months already & fearing my year old car was ruined & would never be the same after the accident. My faith has been restored in my vehicle thanks to the mechanic who worked on my car that day. Thank you so much! More

After countless conversations with dealers where most wasted my time as always, I came across W.S. Healey Chevrolet. Carl Jenkins immediately contacted me after I left an inquiry that I was interested with one of their cars in their inventory. Carl did not waste any time. He asked me what I was exactly looking for and what was our budget. Plain and simple. He spoke with his manager, called me right back and told me they would definitely work with us. Carl is not like any other advisor. He LISTENED. He did not try to sell me something else that wasn't in my criteria (features / budget); he was honest and right to the point. No games whatsoever. It was clearly a no brainer after speaking with Carl that we would do business with him. We chose his dealership, and turned out to be only about an hour and a half away from my house. After telling him we were moving forward with the deal we agreed on, he was very informative and detailed on the next steps. He assured us that everything will be in place upon our arrival, and it was. We arrived at the dealer, the car was ready for delivery. We checked the car over, signed the papers, and Carl walked us through the car. We noticed a tiny scratch on the car so Carl immediately brought his General Sales Manager out, and they said they would take care of it. They did not come up with any "bs" excuse. They said they would fix it and I was truly impressed by the way the team at W.S. Healey functions. Thank you again for the amazing price, courteousness, and experience Carl. They do know how to hook you... but it's all lies. Make sure you have the keys in your hand before you make any plans and/or return your vehicle. They even called me during the week to tell me the remote start was being installed, which never was. I wrote a letter to ownership and was lied to once again. There are plenty of Dealerships out there, my advice is to go elsewhere. More
