Without going into long detail, I Did Not have to worry about being stranded as there was always a tow and a loaner car provided and Carl was always there to meet the problem and did not back down. Due to issues with my awesome purchase, it was a fact that this car was not going to be repairable for me. I would need to get another vehicle and I was not going to settle for anything and the excuse of, " sorry, this is all we have for you". The used to be good. My husband and I went in to purchase a car from Healy. The could not get us financed for crap through any bank they used. Then we told the finance manager we decided to go to Newburgh Ni a car from Healy. The could not get us financed for crap through any bank they used. Then we told the finance manager we decided to go to Newburgh Nissan and he threatened to shred our original paycheck stubs, tax return, bank statement, everything so we couldn't get financed with the other dealer. He was very nasty. I don't know why he could not get us financed. I went to Newburgh Nissan and left with a brand new $18,000 car, no consigned needed! Come to find out there are a large amount of inquiries made on my credit for the same date we went to Healey. I'd recommend staying away. More
